Kroger Pharmacy

This location is very fast and efficient. After transferring from my old pharmacy to Kroger due to insurance, I am so happy I was forced to make this change! They are so fast when filling scripts that my doctor has sent out.
If you’re contemplating switching over, DO it!

The staff at this Kroger pharmacy is professional, friendly and always helpful.This pharmacy is busy. However, the pharmacy employees care about their customers. And, they will help in anyway that they can.

I have used several Kroger Pharmacies in the city and this is by far the best. Service, speed, friendly and just overall customer satisfaction. I haven’t been to them all, but this is the best that I have seen.

Perfect. Staff is great. They make sure you get the most affordable rate possible and that you understand about your medications.

One of the pharm techs was very rude in the drive thru.
Bad attitude b4 we even conversed. Talked to the pharmacist and she explained they were having issues with text prescriptions being wrong.
As mine was. Said customers were jumping on them about it.
The tech got mad and slammed phone down and walked off. “Drive thru” Pharmacist came over to explain her behavior and brushed me off. Been going 11 years to this location. Usually very good service. This tech needs training or different job.
Asked Pharmacists for her bosses number. Can’t give out but they will call me next week
If they aren’t on holiday. I have been told by Kroger employees they can’t get off in Dec. Big money month.
We will see if they call.

The worst customer service ever and very unorganized. I go to get my medicine and they say come back at 2 and then when I come back they say it will be here tomorrow evening sometime.
