The folks at the BTJ Nationwide office are like family to me. They are so personable yet very professional that I feel like I can get anything needed for our business and personal policies no matter what time if the day it is. The turnover is low which is a big deal to me, I have been dealing with the same people for years and that makes me feel secure in trusting this office to handle our multiple business accounts as well as our personal. We will continue to do business with this office and we will educate our children so that they will continue to do business with this same office when we pass our businesses on to them.

Haley is awesome. I called the insurance company to get a copy of my policy. While I was waiting for them to call me back, I called BTJ and talked to my licensed insurance agent, Haley. She took care of what I needed in 30 seconds. After we hung up the insurance company called, well their machine called anyway. I got a representative (unlicensed, I asked him) and it took him 10 minutes to do what Haley did in 30 seconds. Now I have two copies of my policy, calling the company took 20 times longer to get what I needed. I will always use an agent and not go directly to the company.

We are very pleased with the professionalism, expertise and service by BTJ Insurance. All representatives we speak too are very responsive and knowledgeable and able to resolve any questions we may have. Takes the angst out of insurance. Very happy customer.

Been doing business with this office for a very long time. The agents may change, but everyone from this office I've ever encountered has been so knowledgeable about my needs and work hard to get the best coverage for my truck.
