The Staff was phenomenal

The Cook was quick and made it delicious Names (William)!!!!!!

Both servers were friendly and tended to my every need quickly Names (Sarah,Latoya).

As I stated the cook was amazing seen alot of WH workers come and go and (William) is one that needs to stay no doubt.

Got a coffee and two breakfast meals to go. Could not order ahead because the phone app does not have the country ham breakfast option.
I drank my coffee cup then it sat empty till I left.

This was my first visit to a Waffle House restaurant. I have seen them in my southern travels. I didn’t know what to expect so I was open. Our waitress was excellent in her service and attention to our desires. She made us feel like our lives mattered. The food was good and the people were friendly.

Some of the best service an food had in a long time

Food was delicious! I had a biscuit and gravy and my daughter had waffles with sausage. The portions were bigger than we expected. The server (whose name escapes me) was very attentive. She checked on us continually while we were there. The restaurant was very clean. And the other staff members we interacted with were all very nice and helpful.

My family comes to this location every Saturday for breakfast. I look forward to it every week. Food is great,and cooks are great, along with servers. They work all night ,wow. Tip them well!!

You can't beat Waffle House. Make sure that no matter what else you get you also get a waffle. I like the chocolate chip one.

The haahbdown bowl was great! Delicious and even had great presentation. The service was also great. Our server was always ready with a refill and didn't crowd us. She was friendly but busy with other tables. Highly recommend.

All the employees here were extremely friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to provide excellent service and the food was prepared perfectly!! My family and I were extremely happy!

Super fast with preparing 3 full meals. Super nice waitress (didn't get her name and hate it because she is fantastic). Would rate it more than 5 stars if I could!!

I must say, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at Waffle House! I was tired, VERY grumpy, and hungry. The place was packed!! I really didn't want to wait but my husband thought it would be fine. The manager was on there working his butt off! He was out bussing tables, sweeping floors and wiping down counters while letting his cooks be cooks. He served the food for tables that weren't right up against the kitchen. When we finally were seated, the server was quick to take our order, our food came out quickly, and she made sure we had everything we needed. When we were close to done, despite being very busy, the manager took time to come talk with us and make sure we didn't need anything. I was very, very, impressed. This may need to be a new tradition.... to visit this specific Waffle House Sunday morning after an event at Montgomery Bell State Park.

I have been patronizing this Waffle House for over 20 years now. I have not had a single bad experience in all of my visits there. The food is always great, the service is quick and pleasant. If you are looking for your Regular Waffle House... Look no further!

My experience here was so pleasant and my daughter and I left feeling happy and relaxed. Just the way the staff interacted with everyone and each other was respectful and appreciative. It was clear the manager (Chad, I believe) appreciates his staff and how great they are at their jobs. We will definitely go back!

The cooks were clearly experienced, they were slammed and still kept collected and our food was great, Courtney? if remembering, was great she never slowed down as keeping up with the tables, our needs ie. refills, making sure we were good, ect. Sarah? she as well non stop running, gotta say a big thank you, we were a party of six, so that in it's self is always challenging when it comes to our food being hot, these people did awesome. Hopefully these people have a very merry Christmas as they clearly work their tails off....

It was better than most waffle houses that I have been to. It was really early morning, so the drunks were coming in as we were there. Getting loud, being obnoxious, etc. Can't fault the staff, they did their best and were pros at handling customers.
