Broke a leaf spring on our travel trailer. Call these folks on a recommendation from another shop. Got the trailer to them about a quarter to four PM. They removed the broken parts and replaced with new in less than an hour. Apparently, NOT their first time doing this. Great quality service in amazing time.

We purchased (3) lithium batteries from this establishment over the last 18 months for our boats. Seem like good people to deal with but the turnaround on a warranty battery we are dealing with now is ridiculous . 2 weeks after dropping battery off we have yet to receive a replacement. One of the reasons we chose to buy from Tennessee Battery was the direct communication we had to the dealer. Unfortunately it looks like we should have just saved a few dollars and bought online like so many other people are doing , the purchase from a brick and mortar storefront in this case is not showing any advantages. Again the people/employees have been good with responding to questions but the downtime in the event of an issue is not worth it.

****UPDATE

After waiting for manufacturer to honor their end to no avail Tennessee battery issued a full refund of the battery . Unfortunately the manufacturer is not the best option to go with but Tennessee battery did uphold their word which is something that does not happen a lot these days. Thanks again to Tennessee Battery for standing behind their commitment .

Awesome folks. I’ve purchased batteries from them a few times and always awesome. Had a lighting issue on my trailer and stopped by to see if they could help. Josh got me a guy to look at it immediately and 5 mins later it was fixed. No charge. Now THAT'S customer service and the thing that will keep me coming back. Thanks guys!

Came in not knowing anything about my car just was told by the dealership that I would need a new battery. Dealership told me it would be 360+ for the new battery and it being put in. I needed a battery real bad, so when I called the lady that answered the phone was really nice, no appointment and come on in. When I got there, the service men were nice and polite and fast. I had a new battery in my car less that 15 minutes. I highly recommend them. Very good service and great attitudes.

Our trailer broken down on a Saturday got the trailer in on Monday had to wait on a Axle ,everything on back order and note it was spring break they helped us out got on the road to California no problems. these guys are a busy once they get your parts in no time back on the road

We were passing through lost a tire off the trailer that we was pulling nobody that works on trailers on Saturday was unavailable so Monday morning we called 8:00 a m.they got it right in but had to wait for shipping for an axle really cool people understanding and like to get you in and out and back on the road a.s.a.p
