Our church has done business with Farm Bureau for many years and we've always had good service. I visited our Dickson office and met agent Keith Barrett and he was able to make some needed changes to our policy and provided some quotes on some enhancements. Very courteous and a quick response.

We have had Farm Bureau Insurance for 30+ years and they have always come through for us. They are your hometown, friendly insurance company and Chastity Cary has been the one to handle most of our claims in the last number of years. There were times that we even had to call on her on the weekend and she was willing to go the extra mile to help us make sure we had coverage or look up quotes when we were at auto dealerships. A few years ago we checked into other insurance, and their words were: we can’t compete with what you have, but if your children are looking for a new company, we might be able to help them. We are proud to have Farm Bureau represent us and take care of all our insurance needs.

I had a little confusion regarding my membership dues. I called and talked to them. Took care of my dues and were able to explain what happened in the first place. On and off the phone probably within five minutes.

Best insurance company ever. I have been with them thirty years local people, friendly and efficient, their prices caint be beat and if you do have the misfortune of having to file a claim they are there for you and helpful and compassionate. You dont have to be a farmer to insure with farm bureau but you do have to be a member and membership is inexpensive and offers lots of perks.

They go out of their way to help the customer. I bought a new house on a Friday afternoon and with no notice they were able to make sure it was insured the second it was mine. That's what I call customer focused.
