Mr. Pratt took over when our previous longtime Shelter agent retired. She had grown to be a part of our extended family after over two decades of service, and was always willing to go far above and beyond expectations. So we were a bit apprehensive to learn that Mr. Pratt would be taking over, not knowing what to expect. We were very pleased to learn that he was just as wonderful and accommodating as she was!
