10/10 recommend this company. Lacy Alexander was fantastic. She was able to run multiple quotes with ease and in a very time efficient manner and managed to get me a great deal on insurance despite me needing high risk insurance. After tirelessly looking for insurance and getting outrageous quotes and being denied one after another, She was able to have me insured and on my way in less than 45 mins. Highly recommend her.

I went to the office to lay my premium. I'll tell you, the sweet person named Donna always calls me to remind me about my payment, which I'm so grateful for, but I must say, she has great customer service skills. She was not only helpful and courteous but also went out of her way to correct an issue with my account.

Very hard-working ladies in that office let me tell y’all! Every phone call I have made to that office they have never put me on hold. That have Always answered my questions in a timely manner. Ive had Acceptance insurance for 4yrs in the Dickson TN office managed and operated by Donna Moody. I’ve had car insurance for over 46yrs and not just in Tenn. Hands down and all &$@ aside, Donna is an Ace! She is superb at her job. She Makes sure your insurance is current (if you forgot) and jus does excellent work for this company. I can’t say enough positive things about Donna. Not just a great insurance agent but a great person as well! Thx Donna.
