I started out dealing with Ryan on a Sunday shortly before closing. She's new but handled everything I threw at her very professionally. So well that I didn't realize she was new until halfway through. Finally, 15 minutes after she was supposed to close, we called it a day. And planned to regroup the next day. The next I was helped by Cameron. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help me make up my mind. I left very happy.

Bailey was the rep who helped us with the purchase of our phones. She showed exceptional customer service with our questions and gave us all the information we needed to meet our specific wants and needs. We had follow up questions a couple of days later and Cameron was able to answer those as Bailey was not working that day. I have always been pleased with the service I get at this store.

We were at Russell Cellular on June 5 and Bailey was the only rep covering the store due to a staffing issue at another location. Though the store was very busy and several folks were waiting their turn, Bailey was extremely patient, pleasant and helpful treating each customer with respect, answering questions fully and generally displaying a great attitude. Our issue had to be deferred due to our phone needing to be unlocked, Bailey explained things to us well. We returned June 11 and had the pleasure of working with Amanda. She took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure the phone transfer went well and treating us with respect and kindness. These 2 reps truly exemplify professionalism and top rate customer service!!

While my husband was at the Lexington Verizon store, he was impressed with how Amber handled a worrisome customer who used a lot of bad language while she handled his transaction. Amber displayed a very professorial attitude and did an excellent job in handling a difficult customer. I was impressed by how my husband described the situation. He was very pleased with Amber's knowledge in helping him make the best choice for his new phone. She was very thorough by explaining his options and we will be back.

Bailey was helpful and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new phone.
She answered all my questions and even though I didnt plan on getting the best phone on the market, I'm glad I did.
If I lived closer I would be back.

I just bought a samsung galaxy 22 ultra and I love it. 2 days later it went crazy. I took the phone back and Cameron worked for almost 2 and half hours and got it working again. He was very patient and kind and did everything he could to get it fixed. It worked great for rest of the day and I went back and again he spent almost 2 hours or more and finally he exchanged it for a new one. He was awesome throughout the whole time. He is awesome!! I would recomend gthis place to go for a phone and recieve great coustomer service.

Haven’t been to this place in a long time but I can say I had a great experience the guys were so nice to me and they gave great customer service Cameron even helped me find a cover for my phone and made sure that it fit and replaced it for me before I even left the store they were easy to talk to and had a great attitude and great personalities from both of them I will definitely be back in the future!

Brandon was super helpful. Great people. He got me all the deals and promos I could get. He even got me a ride back to my hotel (I am from out of town)

Bailey in Lexington, TN was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. The store was very busy, and she did a great job assisting everyone in a timely and courteous manner.

Amber was a awesome person to work with. She handled everything professionally and in a timely matter. Will definitely see her again if I have anymore problems.

I just want you to know how awesome Amber is at your Lexington, Tn. store. She has gone above and beyond helping me with my new Verizon service. Also Andrew and Rachael have helped me and are so friendly.

honestly i’m late on my review but this is the BEST PLACE, with the BEST customer service, as well as the BEST employees. Friendly staff that are willing to help you in every way that they can. 11/10 recommend this exact store.

I've had Verizon from day one of having a cell phone. Sad to say but that's a long long time. I will never change. The people at this business in Jackson Tennessee are great no complaints
