Labor day. McDonald's was surprisingly slow America's great holiday and we are grilling

I had a complicated order and they were extremely nice about it. The best thing was that it was all right.

Tonya, was at the first drive through window today at 12:35pm, and let me tell you, she needs to be training everyone on how to run the window! She was very very kind and very very professional. Having someone like her makes you want to come back. While she was taking my order, she was very patient with me as my app had not loaded my code yet. When I pulled up to the first window, she greeted me with a smile and the best customer service that I've gotten from McDonald's and a long time! Thank you Tonya! (P.S. I'm sorry it it is spelt "Tanya" lol)

This is my go to spot for breakfast with my spouse after a long night at work. Only real complaint is that it's a little cold in the building so you definitely will need a coat.

Fast friendly service and knew the name & order with out me having to explain everything was smooth and easy ordering service my favorite restaurant of all places to eat .thanks McDonald's for always going the extra mile when it comes to service and performance of all.

Consistently one of the better McDonald’s. Service is always quick and friendly and food is usually hot and tasty. Can’t ask for more.

Went thru drive thru wirh 2 superstructure orders, the lady did Gary good taking the order and than all of our food was correct and had all the condiments we needed, such a good experience

Crew members were extremely friendly and courteous. Our order was ready in no time. The Big Mac was delicious, not a sloppy mess either. The lobby was extremely clean. Would definitely return to this store.☺

My experience at the time of this visit was great. I got a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin for $2.00 plus tax.

I went to the same McDonald's yesterday and ordered the same thing. The cashier said that they are now $3.99 plus tax one week later.
I was told by a McDonald's employee that they raised the prices since Covid.
They lost my business yesterday. I won't buy anything from McDonald's again. I am 58 & I have been eating there since I was 5 years old. Not anymore.

I stop at Lexington Tennessee McDonald's twice a week as I am traveling through for work. I don't usually eat McDonald's because of the poor food quality. However, the 1st time I stopped here I was very impressed, which gained my repeat business as I travel through.Every time I've been there their fries are hot their meat is fresh with minimal wait time. Friendly customer service is always a plus as well. Best McDonald's I've been to, Probably ever!

I always order thru my mobile app and it's so convenient they bring it right out to my car!

Amazing breakfast service. In and out with the friendliest staff. Cars lined up out to the street and I was still through the line quickly and service with a real southern smile!

I ordered a cold coffee and chicken nuggets. Everything was great!
