Went to Cricket store in Dayton, Tn. Jamie was my sales associate and he did an absolute fantastic job. Great customer service. Very friendly! Took the time to hook me up all the way right! He's the man!

I actually went into this store to cancel 2 of my phone's. I did not like the mgr that I dealt with last month! But, the mgr they have in there now changed mind! Kelsey, if all store managers were like her, no matter what store it is, it would be such a wonderful experience! Bless her heart, you could tell she was tired but she stuck right with me, talked to me, let me know the whole truth on things I needed to know. I kept my service! Shes a real sweetheart! I've found out that if you are decent and respectful to others, you will get as much in return. Thank you Kelsey for your help and kindness! I hope you stay there for a while, a long while! ☺

I dont think I've had such awesome service from a Cricket Store before! I was having trouble with my phone (that I bought in Nashville) and the manager personally helped me:) I've had workers in Nashville be so rude and impatient, but everyone at this store was so nice and understanding:)

Don’t listen to the negative feedback! This place is great!! The staff were well versed in all the phones and were trained great by the manager! Also they are super friendly and create and very welcoming environment! All in all and amazing experience!

A lot of people say customer service lacks here but this is the only cricket store besides Athens that actually takes their time to help you. Even with mess ups they employees try to fix the problem to their advantage! Would always recommend! #haterscanhateandbesaltylol 🤷🏻‍♀😁
