Walmart Supercenter

Not a bad store. Some of the customers look a little rough, but that’s how it is. They have a really neat local history mural on the grocery side entrance.

I only visited this Walmart cause we needed more groceries. Just seeing the groceries area though, this Walmart is BIG and spacey. It's just like any other Walmarts. If I had the time, I would have gone to look more farther down at the electronics. You'll get lost here for sure.

I'm from CT, and comparing to that.. this place was immaculate.. nothing was out of place.. I was gonna put something back but didn't want to go back to where I got it and didn't feel right just putting it down because the store was so clean.. so I just bought it.. lol.

The employees were very courteous and helpful even the ones that were not in the department I was asking questions about I really appreciated being treated with respect

I just want to give a huge shout out to their automotive department. They are SO super nice! I took my car there for an oil change on Wednesday morning 10/18, and they discovered damage that was done during a previous oil change at a different Walmart. The gentleman who was working at the counter and his manager kept me informed on everything that was going on, and were both so friendly as we waited for another manager to arrive. When the other manager arrived, he went above and beyond on helping me get everything fixed. Since they couldn't do the repair there, he called a local car repair shop for me, confirmed that they could do the fix, and gave me all the info to tell them. He even showed me how to check the oil level to make sure it wasn't leaking, since the shop wasn't going to be able to do the repair until the next day. Let me just reiterate, the team at this Walmart were not the ones who did the previous oil change/damage, yet they helped me take care of everything as if it was their responsibility. So super grateful to them! This is by far the best automotive department of any Walmart I've ever been to.

It was a beautiful day and everyone in the store must have been enjoying it.
Because all the people I encountered were nice and friendly.
Parking lot was not completely full and got a great spot. Not to far from the entrance.

Tons of invintory and more staff than I've ever seen at other locations. Produce was well stocked, and looked good. The kind one would see at a specialty grocery. Positive experience. WM usually makes me feel nervous,but not this time.

It's a Walmart and you usually only go here if you got several things to pick up and you want to get them all in one stop shopping. So why else would you be here.

I shopped in this store around 9am and it wasn't crowded and I was able to check out through a self serve kiosk and it was a good experience

The store is nice. Too many self check out lanes and the lines are often long.

I have never encountered such nice people and workers at any Walmart, ever. I generally loathe going inside one. Was in from out of town… this one was great!

Had my prescriptions ready to go. Got me in and out. Nothing else to say. It's all good...

The Crossville Walmart is the best Walmart I've ever been in; everyone is friendly and helpful (special shout-to Chad) and it's always clean and well stocked.

If you need a cake, ask for Misty. I went in needed a cake for a celebration of life. I had no idea what exactly I wanted. I gave Misty free rein to do what ever she seen fit and she killed it. The cake was amazing. Everyone was saying how beautiful it was. Walmart you better make sure you hang onto Misty. She is amazing.

Really like shopping here and i worked here at one point for 6 years so i kinda favor going here i know alot of the works and they are always helpful and friendly alot has changed since i worked there do to corporate rules so there are things i dont care for but thats not a reflection on the store to me i would recommend anyone to stop by

Since Walmart is about the only retail store in Crossville, it's the best we have. I'm happy it's here.

Always have what I need. Employees are polite and very helpful.
