This review is about a employee. NY experience was with employee, Johanna, hope I spelled that right. She is in the shipping and development area, where ya get pictures/ posters made. She was outstanding!! This lady has so much knowledge of the store and knows how to do her job to the fullest. I really appreciate the way she helped me.

Johanna and Kathie in the print and marketing center are amazing, and always go above and beyond to help us navigate our printing solutions. They always are welcoming and in great spirits which makes what sometimes can be a frustrating task, easier to enjoy and get done. If you need any printing or marketing help, go see them!!

Honestly Staples is completely underrated. I came here for a gaming chair, and left with a beautiful mesh office chair way nicer than any gaming chair I previously looked at online, even got this chair for $100 off on a special. My dude Tim helped me out with all of my questions and let me know about the 3 year protection plan they offer for $19 and it covers rips and stains.... overall I feel extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable the staff was and the quality of this amazing chair, Staples has good quality stuff for a fair price with knowledgeable staff. 10/10.

We accidentally sent a UPS envelope to the wrong address. We realized our error prior to it being sent back to Staples, but trying to get it rerouted to the correct address through UPS was a horrible ordeal. Angelina at the Crossville Staples store was amazing in helping us get it done. She made several calls, called us back each time to report her progress, then persisted with UPS until it was done - all with no benefit to her or the Crossville store, but simply because it was the right thing to do. Thanks, Angelina!! You've restored my faith in the meaning of customer service.

Angelina was courteous and very friendly and helpful. We had to copy an important document and fax it to our broker for our closing. We are travelling across country and she made the process so easy. Thank you

I just went in to get some copies made I noticed that there is a UPS in there as well to ship packages get them in before 5pm and they will get picked up and shipped out

Great store. They price matched Amazon on a microSD card and were helpful in finding what I needed quickly. I will definitely stop back in for office supplies/electronics in the future.

As a local business owner, we use Staples a lot! Always great service and the associates ask if I need help finding something(which is a pleasure bc it’s not that way other places) Pam Brickle is so friendly, helpful and efficient, it is definitely a good experience to go into staples and do business with someone that values their workplace the way she does.
