Royal Furniture - Southaven

Linda is an excellent salesperson. I am a fickle older lady. I changed my mind several times and she was most courteous, patient and respectful. When I explained what I was looking to purchase, she easily directed me to the items. She also asked questions to help me determine the best purchases for my needs. A very delightful young lady. I will refer anyone who is furniture shopping to her. Great job!

Was pleasantly surprised at professionalism, polite and pleasant staff…was able to do transaction as painless as possible… had been to 5 furniture stores in area AND ROYAL WAS BEST IN EVERY WAY: price, professionalism, and courteous.

This is a big store jam packed with beautiful furniture including some stuff you won't find in other stores. They have inventory in stock for immediate purchase and pickup/delivery. Prices at the Ashley store down the street were literally $500-$700 more PER PIECE for the same Ashley furniture. And the Ashley store has NOTHING in stock. Stick with Royal. We didn't buy anything when we were there but I will be going back for a chair that only Royal seems to have.

Linda Nelson was awesome. She's very professional. She was able to answer all questions.

I love this store . I brought at least 15,000 worth of items so far. They really have some unique items. The atmosphere is amazing. My sales guy CHRIS ENGLAND WAS SUPER AWESOME!!!

Great experience! Mr. Brown was wonderful helping us. They have a large selection of inventory. Purchase made last Thursday and delivered and sat up yesterday. Great delivery team. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience at Royal Furniture.

We were greeted by who would become our sales person when we walked it. He was very friendly and explained where the locations of some of the items we were looking were are. He then left us alone to browse which was really nice since it meant we could form our own opinions without anything being upsold.

Most of the pricies are responsible and the store was very clean.

We also had our furniture delivered and they also get an A++. They were some of the nicest guys and had all of the furniture we ordered installed within about 15 minutes after arriving. It was amazing.

I'd definitely recommend Royal Furniture to anyone.

Selected a dinette set. My Salesperson was Earl Brown. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I love doing business like that

Tiffany at Southaven Location was the best customer service my family has had. I wanted to take a minute and compliment her on multitasking with phones ringing girl working beside her stayed on phone laughing and when Tiffany gave her our paperwork to pay .... she said here you go Tiffany and Tiffany made no pause she just slid over and completed our payment. She was calm and professional with a lot of people asking questions and most of us weren’t happy because of back order on mostly fabric couches. She made a follow up call to make sure we were happy and of course we are because of all her help. She was a pleasure to be around. She needs to be recognized for her skills and her calmness in speaking with customers. Thank you Tiffany!

Earl was the gentleman that helped us. He was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful... without being pushy. He was extremely professional. We had to leave due to having 2 tired babies with us but Earl went to the trouble of texting us the info we needed. If we decide to get new furniture, this will be our first stop.

Our sales representative, Letiticia was great. My husband and I came in an hour before they closed and yet she took the time out to service us. She did not rush us nor did she portray to be upset with us coming in so late. Thankfully we made it worth her while with a purchase.

I have been looking for a bedroom set and I saw one I liked online but of course I wanted to see it in person so I went to the store and show the associate (I think his name was Jerry) the picture and he took me right to it and I fell in love with it!!!! It just got delivered today and it did not take them no time and I really like the fact that the delivery guys told me where I wanted the dresser was wobbly because the floor is not even so they wound up moving it and it worked out perfect. I'm so happy with my new bedroom set ♥♥♥♥

Bought 2 HUGE sofas. Delivery notice was excellant, delivery was professional and quick. Nice guys with heavy loads, I am impressed. Very good prices and Earl was great at the Southaven store. THANKS TO ALL

They seem to have better deals than the other furniture stores locally and they offer free pickup from their main warehouse which is only 15 minutes away from the store in southaven. The staff are nice and are quick to get you sorted out with pay and get when ready. Relatively better selection as whole sets with many items.

So normally when I'm shopping for something major like furniture I read the store's reviews. Not just on the furniture but on the customer service. So far I was pleased. I went to look at this bedroom set in store, well the local's store's assistant manager was fast to assist. He got me a good deal and I left pleased. Thanks again!

Hi everyone I recently Nov. 5 made a new purchase at Royal Furniture at the Southaven location my favorite store may I add , my salesperson (Mike ) has such a delightful spirit of welcome to anyone who enter the store. Mike has taken care of my furniture needs for year he's never rush me on showing me around the store always very informative about item's of furniture just with a simple description he always show so much patient ,and time for all customers I have observed over the years . So if you are looking for a great store Southhaven is the best and Mike is the # 1 in my book ..
