I love the fact that I can use my lowes pro account thanks to Crye Leike to help with my purchases for my rental properties repairs flooring paint bathroom items, and more ✔

Everytime I go here they consistently have what I need and the staff is helpful if I engage with them and need assistance for whatever reason.

The store is clean, and the staff is friendly enough so I have no complaints. I appreciate that I can go there and most of the time leave with what I need as a satisfied customer.

Carlton and Nissa are the best! We were extremely pleased with their service and assistance on our purchase. Carlton was so patient and kind to find for our ladder that he went above and beyond looking and getting it for us. The size of the ladder we wanted was located high above the shelves and he went ahead and got it without any hesitation. He then proceeded to guide us at the checkout counter and Nissa gladly assisted us, she’s so cheerful and friendly. Thank you both for making our day better! This is what truly customer service is all about! 10 stars!!!

Came in to get some air filters and connected with Liz at the cash register. We talked for several minutes about our family and faith. She was such an encouragement to me! I love when staff take time to connect with patrons.

I was able to find some beautiful tropical flowers here.

I was in and out within 7 minutes. I pulled up the app, located what I was looking for, and got it. I checked out with the friendly cashier, and I was on my merry way.

I recently visited this Lowe's to purchase a large quantity of door hinges. Lowe's competitor was out of the hinges I needed, so I came here. It appeared that this Lowe's was also out, but the assistant manager Antonio saw that I needed help and assisted me. He went out of his way to find the hinges which were located at the very top of the bay. With the assistance of another Lowe's employee , they got the hinges down and saved me a trip to another store. I'm so grateful for the help I received on this day!

I want to give a big shout out to these employees.Toya, Melissa , Karrington, Cameron and Cortitia. Yesterday was extremely stressful due to the circumstances from the storm. I was in need of a generator to operate my daughters well so her horses could have water. They were so accommodating and helpful from the moment I walked in. They help me locate the item. Someone got it off of the top shelf for me. They even help me get it to the register and loaded in my car. I will be forever grateful. Thank you for the wonderful service. You need to be commended.

We bought terrific pine mulch for a reasonable price.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Fred in your store’s tool section. He impressed me with not only his professionalism, but his knowledge of the location of each and every tool I needed. 1st time in a long time I met someone who was this helpful in a Lowe’s store. TN 1163

I used the weed and grass killer and start to show signs ok of killing the weeds very quick.

I flat out love going to Lowe’s!! The people are super friendly and there are a lot of them (nice to see).

I had to pick up a replacement outdoor fixture and Vincent was very helpful.

Lowes has a great selection of plants at affordable prices. Succelents to fruit trees they have it all

Had a good and bad experience this week there. I'll just say it ended up great. Wished I knew the employees name, older lady with a cane, after going thru multiple people, she stepped up and made things right.
I love shopping at Lowe's, and receiving my military discounts...
I bought over 2 thousand dollars this week...

Yesterday went to find a shelf mount. Received great customer service from Jacqueline and Josh. These are definately some stand out employees!

I love home shopping places. My sister's and I went here and stayed in here about 2 hours. 3 of us lounged in the patio area while 2 of us went to shop. We met a guy name Mike I believe he was so friendly and helpful. (He had such a great attitude, he work in the patio area). Thank you so much for your service and hospitality. Thank you Lowe's for hiring such a wonderful person.
