It was dumb luck that we ended up at Kwik Kar Automotive after moving back to Kansas City (it just happened to be the place closest to our home), and we couldn’t be happier! Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable employees, fair prices, and they get people in and out in a timely fashion. I appreciate the option to schedule your own appointment online, I enjoy the coffee options in the waiting area, and I love the shop cat that keeps everyone company! When I was in this week, Randy showed a lot of patience and kindness when an older customer had several concerns about her vehicle, answering all her questions and assuring that she understood what was going on with her vehicle and the various options for how to proceed. It’s hard to find a place where you can get this kind of service anymore!

I used to deliver a whole lot of O'Reilly's Auto Parts items to this garage and I have always been very impressed with how clean they are and how professional they are! And getting my car inspected there today was just as they always are, very kind and very professional. Thank you !

I was able to get in for an appointment very quickly. I went in there for a car inspection and it turned out that something did need to be fixed and I was talked to about it in detail gave me the prices, broke the prices down, so I could understand and treated with respect. Their customer service is wonderful and they stuck true to their promise of how long things would take to get fixed on my car because of my good experience I would like to go back to That may be needed in the future I found the prices to be very reasonable. That’s another reason why I would like to go back for future needs on my car. Thanks again guys for helping me and thank you for asking me to put my comments up on your website.

I work across the street from a location, my battery died for the 2nd time that day. I called to inquire about service getting done that day. Yes to getting a new battery installed that afternoon by the time I was off work.
And, Corey walked across the street with charger in hand to jump my car and take it back to his shop.

I was impressed with my first visit to Kwik Kar of Kansas City! I got a same day appointment, they took my car right in & fixed a few other minor things along with my oil change. They were very friendly too. I’ll be back!

I had my car inspected for new tags. They were thorough and quick. They noticed a small issue we needed to keep an eye on and informed me. They even gave me a quote on fixing it. The guy at the counter that waited on me was friendly and informative.

Appointment was on time and the service guy was very friendly, with helpful advice! My family and I recently moved to the area, we will definitely be back!

Impressed with the service. They were slammed when I got a flat, but were able to turn around a flat and all tire/shocks replacement/alignment within 24 hours. They are busy because they are good.

I have taken my car and my kids’ cars here this last year and have had many oil changes, tires rotated and other random maintenance performed and they have been extremely thorough and very detailed on how well they have taken care of our cars. The price is always very far and they just do a fantastic job! Very happy with this family owned business and will keep coming back for years to come! Love their service!
