Good mechanics and GREAT service! Moved here 4 years ago, and finally found a mechanic that I will go back to!!!

Recently needed the fuel pump on my late fathers 23 year old truck replaced. April and her staff did an excellent job with calls to give me an estimate, confirm diagnosis, search alternative suppliers to lower cost, estimate when work would be done etc. They are friendly, efficient and COMPETENT!

The work was finished sooner than promised, cost was less than the original estimate (and less than other shops estimates), and best of all the truck ran great from the start! (no need to take it back to fix the fix.)

A remarkably painless.... dare I say pleasurable customer experience........ and at auto repair shop! Incredible!!

Platte Woods Precision Auto Care exceeded all of my expectations. Before I even picked my car up, I received a detailed inspection report (sorted by priority). The prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. Everything from drop off to pickup was seamless and I will definitely be returning here in the future!

During the crazy cold snap in January and while out shopping, a hose broke on my Jeep Cherokee~no heat as well as a handful of issues. All of my service needs had previously been met at a dealer. I made the decision to have the Jeep towed and repairs made at Platte Woods Precision Auto Care. I was extremely happy with the personal and professional help! I received updates throughout the repair process and was very pleased with the outcome. I will rely on Platte Woods Precision Auto Care for all future vehicle service. They are the BEST!

I have had great experiences with PWPAC when it came to having our vehicles inspected. Both times they were very responsive to making an appointment once to wait and second to drop off.
They also were great to communicate when the vehicle was ready.
I also appreciate that the individual that did the inspections used floor protection before getting into the vehicle.

Incredible staff and great customer service! Went above and beyond in trying to sort out my vehicles problems and had it repaired in half the time, I expected it to be done. Very good with ensuring that you are happy with all Mechanical work done!!

Recently had both rear wheel bearings replaced and rear differential serviced. It was an involved job that required specialized tools for my truck. They communicated with me regularly during the whole process. Cost was fair and work was done quickly once all parts and tools arrived. So far I’m very pleased with their work. I would use them again and recommend to others.

We always receive the best service here. I bring my truck and my daughter's vehicle and will continue to! They are honest, communicate clearly and are always upfront with what to expect. There is no pressure to pay for more that what you need and they give a full and complete picture every time of any work that needs to be done.

Very easy to work with. Quick turn around on service and took care of the engine light on our truck.

My air conditioning stopped working while driving down to Kansas City for a teacher training, and after many calls to the Honda dealership(which went unanswered) I tried them, and it was great! They got me in right away, communication was excellent and they even texted to follow up and make sure things went well on the drive back to Minneapolis. I am very grateful for such a good, quick job they did on my little fit.

They were able to service my brakes and replace two worn tires in a single day. Service was convenient. I just dropped of my car in the morning and picked it up after work. The business was clean and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and present specific details. As someone who pays attention to detail, I was very appreciative of this. I will use them in the future for any repair needs.

Need a new radiator for a JEEP Grand Cherokee, and having issues with other auto shops getting it in without being price gouged. Talked to Patrick and he took great care of us, and even helped us with the FOB situation. It's hard to find a business with integrity....and that is what we got here! Thanks Patrick and Ruth!!! Honest and quick service. They won't try and sell you unnecessary work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also reasonably priced compared to other places. Only place I will be going from now on for all my automobile needs and will be refering my friends and family there.

Chris and his team were amazing with indicating exactly what’s wrong with my vehicle, giving exact timing for completing the work, and reasonable pricing for what needed to be done. The team here at Precision was incredibly thorough in their diagnostic of my brake issues and was communicative throughout the whole process. I love that they sent me photos of the issues I was needing to repair and how the categorized work that needed done versus stuff that could be saved for later. I felt that the pricing was fair and how they talked me through every step of the way what I was paying for and why. As someone who is not literate in cars, it was a breath of fresh air to not feel out of my element when discussing my vehicle. I will absolutely be back in the future.

I highly recommend the services of Platte Woods Precision Auto Care. In the past we have had our 2000 GMC Savana Van in for three unrelated problems, which included A/C, brake, and electrical repair.
All were taken care of to our satisfaction. We found all members of the staff pleasant and accommodating to do business with.

Been here many times. I've never trusted any other shop as much as this one. Extremely high quality work, and very knowledgable staff who are willing to discuss problems and solutions thoroughly with you. They've done diagnostics for me many times, and they have always been completely transparent and honest every step of the way. My car wouldn't be on the road without em.

They got me in very quickly and did a great job on checking my vehicle over, completing an oil change and an alignment at a fair price. The communication was top notch and I was well informed throughout the process
