I got 1400 sq feet of 12mm laminate floor for my house for a great deal there back in 2009, and still looking great after 8 years later. Great deal!

The Surplus Warehouse of Olive Branch. The place to get tile flooring, laminate flooring, marble & porcelain flooring, hardwood, remodel kitchen cabinets, back splashes, granite countertops, bathroom remodel, doors and windows. They beat the local hardware stores with pricing on their flooring products. Here is where we always go. You can also return the unopened case boxes. The cement and grout can be purchased here.

My husband and I had a great experience. Matt was our salesman and handled all our needs with patience and great customer service . He showed us everything we were looking for in the store and took the time to explain about each product and answer any questions we had. We found many items that were not in stores anywhere else at very affordable prices. We will return.

Although what I needed wasn't available since the store is under construction, the front desk guys were patient with answering my 75 questions 🤭. My product wasn't onsite--no problem-- called another store and put it on hold , easy peasy. Thank you for good customer service.

I hadn't been there in years but, I was impressed by this visit. Not only do they carry some great materials at low prices, there's also an option to order products that aren't on site. I'll definitely visit again to complete a few other home upgrades.

There are several Surplus Warehouses between Nashville and Olive Branch, MS, this one is probably the best selection with the best customer service. The Summer Ave location in Memphis used to be really good but has declined over the past few years.
