Campground Registration

Great campground. Visited in the fall, very peaceful. Senior camping rates.

Our family has been coming to Rocky Gap for over 42 years. We love it here. Great place for kids to learn how to swim and fish and how to cook over open fire pit.

My favorite place in the whole world! My only hope is that they stay just like they are and don't lose the charm because of the casino and golf course.

We have been coming here for 14 years. It is a lovely place with many campsites you must have a reservation there are campsites and cabins and places for RVs. Hot showers available and the cabins have electricity. We absolutely love it

Very beautiful trails with a great beach area that is roped off from the rest of the water. Swimming is not allowed outside of the beach area but if you want to see along the water you can rent a kayak for about $5 an hour, I would recommend doing this because the water is clear and beautiful. The bathhouses, restrooms, and park in general are kept fairly clean and stay relatively quiet too. There are bears and at least two known venomous snakes to the area so make sure to go over any saftey precautions before hiking with kids and/or animals.

Great place to camp. Sites have plenty of space. Many activities for the family.

Nice quiet park close to Rocky Gap Casino if you are in to that. Nice hiking trail around the pond but could use a few more trails. We have stayed here several times always in the fall never during the summer so not sure of the atomosphere during peak season.

They are strict about the 3:00 pm check-in. Otherwise all went quick and smooth. The gated campground was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay here . The park and campground are beautiful and so clean! The fall leaves were starting to change so The views were amazing. The Casino was so close and convenient of coarse had to go there. Will come again.

Rocky Gap is a special place for outdoor fun. Camping, fishing, beaches, hiking trails and just plain fun. Camping is super. Sites are clean and are you see park personnel regularly day and night. Restrooms and showers are very clean.

Stayed here for one light. It has very nice and clean facilities. We stayed at a site has water nearby. This is a very popular camping ground, a kind of noisy though.

We've been going here for years with large groups of families....its low cost family fun that builds lasting memories. My kids love camping here! We love the amenities, especially the lake!

camped for 4 days and had a great time! The facilities are very clean. There is lots to do for all ages. A great family trip!

Cool place to camp. Nice camp site we had and there are a lot of trails to walk in the woods and around the lake. Really pretty area.

Fun campground that has an abundance of trails for hiking. The beach is campers only so it is not too crowded. Playground and camp store both located by the beach with restrooms inside.

Wonderful Park, as are most of Maryland's State Parks. :-) One of my favorite in MD.... the Resort and Casino within the park's grounds may have a little something to do with that.

Been to many different camping sites, but we are keep coming back to Rocky Gap. Each sites have decent privacy and great hiking trails, and many more

We love this place it's beautiful, quit and peaceful. Great for mountain and road biking. We spend 3 weeks every year here.

This a beautiful park, on a lake within walking distance of the campsites. We had a nice stay, quiet, and peaceful.
