I had the best buying experience with my saleswoman Mrs. Bonita Roberts, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to my needs and wants. Mrs. Bonita treated my husband and I as family and did it with excellent customer service/care. I would recommend all my family and friends to go see her for all you need for your home!!!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and assisted immediately. Our salesperson Ms Bonita was knowledgeable and ready to help. She got tied up with another customer, so we were helped by a manger Ms Karen. Ms Karen was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help serve us. She was knowledgeable about all of the products and my daughter walked out extremely excited.

Looking to buy a living room set and saw the ad on TV. The whole experience was easy and professional. We bought a sectional with delivery and setup scheduled in two weeks. I'll be sure to take pics 😊 Our sales person, Mrs Bonita, was very informative and patient with us. We'll post pictures once delivered.

I have been doing business with GAHS since 2005. David Loftis was my first salesperson and took exceptional care for several years.
I recently bought a new home, and needed a few items. Tina Lane helped me with my specific needs, and was totally “no pressure”. I appreciate that about the sales staff at GAHS. Sometimes, you just want to look at things and ponder on it for a bit. Furniture is a big purchase and I have been so pleased with the quality and durability of the items I have chosen over the years. GAHS will continue to be my “go to” for furniture.

Bonita greeted us warmly as we sat on the couch just inside the door. We had our 3yo with us in his dino rain jacket and she made a point of interacting with him as well….acknowledging him as a dinosaur. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. She let us roam the store and when we finally decided on the furniture, we had another associate page her…she came very quickly. The store is laid out well, clean, and friendly. We had an overall good experience. Two thumbs up. Hoping for a great delivery experience as well.

Ms. Bonita was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend anyone to her for all their home furnishing needs. The only thing I would change about this experience would be to have complimentary refreshments, vending machine for your customers. Furniture buying is a huge investment just like car buying so the process takes time.

Other than that, Ms. Bonita gets an A++ in my book.she was very personable and genuinely cared about my daughters first purchase. ❤

Overall, it was such an amazing experience. From having great quality furniture to having such an experienced sales staff, you just couldn't ask for more. Our sales Rep: Jordan Ross, who is one of the best mattress sales men ever. He breaks down mattress shopping so well you actually leave appreciating your purchass. All without giving all that sales pitch garbage. He's such a down to earth gentleman. We thought we were having a chat with our long-time friend. He did such a fantastic job at helping us find the PERFECT mattress. What a great place to shop.

The salesman was friendly and took his time in showing us couches. We decided on one to be delivered at another date. The store manager, Barbara, was very professional and helped me to move my delivery date. I explained the situation with my home renovation delays and she was able to extend delivery.

The experience was great Neil was a great salesman he was concerned about my comfort and show me different furniture to fit my need for being comfortable.

The store is very well organized and neat and clean. I love the fact that I could look around without any interruptions. I was looking for more colorful patterns, but at the same time I do understand that certain colors are only available during different times of the year.

Mr. Alexander was an awesome "no pressure sales person". He took my husband and I directly to the leather sofa and chair I needed. He listened to my needs and did not beat around the bush. I know the store is changing to Rooms to Go, but please please keep the traditional furniture for people like me. I love working with the ivory, taupe beige lines of furniture. I can always decorate around that color pallet.

Great experience during our recent trip to look for a new accent chair. The sales person, KYNZIE BEARDEN, was very helpful and seemed very experienced. Would definitely recommend.
