Very helpful associate. I was looking for some particular shoes. She took her time to assist me and was able to look up the stock for all nearby locations. I appreciate her because I didn’t have to waste gas driving to various locations. She also made helpful recommendations and told me where I could likely find the shoes, even recommending a competitor. I appreciate her putting me first!

This place has a lot of shoes to choose from at a good price they are in a very popular area and have a good staff you just need to know your shoe size and you can find almost any thing u want a lot of name brand shoes and crocs. It is a good store for people that are rich. If you can afford Nike than this is ur store because you can spend hundreds on the worst shoes in town

We love Famous Footwear we ship there a couple times a year for kids shoes and adult shoes.

This was such a nice location. The employees McKenzie and Annie were very friendly and so helpful. The store was cleaned and well organized. I will visit this location again over the one closer to my house.

I'm a regular shopper at Famous Footwear so I already knew where I needed to go, but I received great customer service when the size I needed was at the very top of the shelf, near the ceiling. I was there maybe a total of 20 min because I was to get exactly what I needed.
