The staff was absolutely amazing and helped me find everything I was looking to purchase. I already had my shoes, but I wanted shoes for my grand children. Yaya and her babies are ready to party!

Bought baseball cleats for my grandson. Sales associate was Joseph, very helpful and kind. Even took the time to help me figure out how to redeem my $10 reward that was about to expire. Great shopping experience.

The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. I was able to find everything my kids needed for softball and t-ball. I visited this store on 9/10/23 and every single employee was so friendly and helpful. They really made it a great shopping experience! 😊

After the experience I had at different store, I see why I prefer to come to this Hibbett location!! I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is willing to help, and treat you like you're someone. I was in the store today to exchange a shoe. I called yesterday & the associate that helped said her name was Bionca. Well let me tell you, Bionca was a pleasure to speak with on the phone & when I went in person she had the same attitude. She was very helpful, and friendly. There was another lady there I wish I would have asked her name but im assuming she was the manager. She was also helpful, and friendly. They were able to get my shoe ordered bc it wasn't in store. These ladies deserve everything and more bc it's rare you receive customer service these days, but they are the definition of customer service the way they delivered, so thank you for that!! I will be returning to shop.

It's horrible how long it takes to accumulate points for a reward but expires with in 30 days! Super disappointing

The worker James helped us out & he was amazing helped me pick out sizes in shoes for my son & also helped size a hat for him. Also a girl worker helped us (didn’t get her name) she was very patient with my 9 year old that picked out 10 different pairs of shoes. Lol.

I shop with Hibbett sports quite often and my experience has always been great in various locations and online.

Great selection of sneakers and amazing customer service. Hibbett’s should apply Military Discounts which is 10%.
