I have found my forever pharmacy, and they now have all my business; I have moved every prescription to their store! My frustration with filling prescriptions is over. This is a small business that can boast enormous customer service. Not only do they treat me respectfully and compassionately, they know my name! And they answer the phone. If you are tired of filling your prescriptions at a chain, give them a try. Pharmacist Todd Haley is a wonderful human being, and my gratitude for their top-notch service is endless. Neighborhood pharmacy with friendly staff that cares about your health. Hard to find these days. Absolutely my go-to for my prescription needs.

I am so happy to say that Daisy is back. She is so sweet, kind, and caring. She always says hello to me as soon as I walk in the door. In fact everyone does and that is what sets this pharmacy apart from all the rest in my opinion. The pharmacist Bob is such a caring man. He is so nice and really takes the time to speak with you and make sure that you are doing ok and that you understand completely about your medications. I really appreciate that. The owner Ms. Gerri is such a sweet lady. She always has a smile on her face and asks me how I’m doing and genuinely cares about her customers. This pharmacy makes me feel like I’m apart of their family when I go in and that is why I have been with them for well over a decade and will choose them over any other pharmacy any day🫶💗

I Used to be so happy walking into this pharmacy. When I would walk in everybody knew my name they were so sweet and kind, always had a genuine smile they made me feel they were happy to see me. The owner Ms. Gerri I absolutely love. She’s so nice and kind. The pharmacist was super nice and so were the assistants. Lately as I come in there are new assistants working here and they seem so cold and unfriendly they’re not like the other people that used to work here. When I would walk in they would smile, they would say hello Mrs. Palmer how are you doing!! They knew my name. That meant a lot. Ms. Gerri is the only one that speaks to me now if she’s not too busy. It used to feel like a Small town little pharmacy where everybody knew everybody and now it is starting to feel like more of a commercial pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens. This really saddens me. I really like the older gentleman pharmacist that works here though. He seems like a very kind and caring person. Hopefully he will stay.

Me and my family use Norcross Pharmacy. This pharmacy and it’s staff treat me like family. They go over and above my expectations for customer service. The staff of Norcross Pharmacy is extremely cordial on the phone and in person and always answer my questions accurately and professionally. If you are looking for a community pharmacy with a small hometown feel, then I would highly recommend Norcross Pharmacy.

Overall satisfied with their service. They always have my medication ready in a timely manner. If I have any questions they always go out of their way to provide an answer. I’ve never ran into any issues, it’s always nice walking into any business where the environment is friendly and where they greet you by your name. 👍

I rarely rarely leave reviews unless it's absolutely is hoarding to me and I definitely have to leave one of his Pharmacy because they literally bend over backwards to help you out and help whatever situation any maybe such as a pharmacy get on top of it like you are there only patient. And you still treated as though you are there only patient and it feels great they know you by your name they remember the medications you are on...etc etc. Everyone has a friendly smiling face at all times and greet you with that smiling face each and every time and Sears barely even assuming it weighs waiting on your medication most of the time. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes for my medicine. Mr. Lopez one of the pharmacist has gone above and beyond each and every time I've had an issue with one of my prescriptions in Pharmacy issues for example and he takes care of the problem most of the time right been in right there and if not as soon as you walked out of the store I promise you he is working on it because every time it's been so so super fast especially I've noticed compared to other Pharmacy so now I live a little further from this Pharmacy by still drive out of my way to come here because of the family feel of the place, super sweet staff, and I feel like it's my Pharmacy my little Pharmacy that I go to and always will go to for my family. There's so many pharmacists out there that just made me feel like they could care less but I promise you you will never ever have that experience or feeling at this Pharmacy when going to get your medication for your family or yourself. There's not enough stars to rate this Pharmacy can I totally mean that I'm not a family member I'm not a friends and other co-worker I'm honestly a real true client of this Pharmacy my family and I and I honestly cannot think everyone enough for everything you have done for us and my family. I want to thank you mr. Felipe for helping me out with anything and everything over the years. I want to thank the owner she is so super sweet and she has definitely helped more than she can imagine and she works so super hard. I just want everyone to know that I appreciate everything this place is like a family of Their Own who really loves their customers. They honest-to-god I truly care. So if you want screw quality share when you go pick up your medicine go to Norcross Pharmacy I promise you will never be disappointed.

What can I say, this is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever been to. The WHOLE staff is highly knowledgeable, professional, and are just overall great friendly people. They make sure your needs are taken care of and ANY questions you have; they will answer to the best of their ability. Felipe, the pharmacist, goes above and beyond to make sure all customers fully understand what's going on with their medications and overall health. I will go to this pharmacy forever, and would definitely refer this pharmacy to anybody in my family or any friends because of their professionalism and truly caring for their customers/ patients. Best customer service in town. Felipe really takes his time to give his customers the best care around. He will answer all your questions, and never rushes you. Being a smaller pharmacy, their prices are a bit higher but I would spend twice the price of any other pharmacy just for the pleasant experience and exceptional customer service that you get here. I don't live as close as I used to, but I would drive an hour to get there just for the pleasant experience they provide. 2 thumbs up, 10 out of 10 and I would give 6 stars if I could!

Felipe is gone, now they're just a subpar mom and pop pharmacy... Nothing special as far as customer service goes, in fact they don't go out of their way to satisfy customers at all, major disappointment, i miss the old Norcross Pharmacy... 😭

Norcross pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is not only professional, But they are generous thoughtful people and go above and beyond to meet your needs. No matter how busy they are they always ask how your day is going! Service like this with this level of kindness is a rare find these days! Thank you guys for Being so gracious all the time!

This place is wonderful. The entire staff is great, from the Pharmacist to the Pharmacy Techs to everyone that works there. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the medicine you need. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I have been coming to Norcross pharmacy for 15 years. Mr. Lopez and all the ladies are very good and friendly to me. It's nice when you come in they know you by name. Wonderful Pharmacy, wonderful people. They have my prescription on the counter as soon as I walk into the door, I don't usually have to give them my name because they know who I am when they see me walk in. Very friendly neighborhood Pharmacy.

Instead of Norcross Pharmacy it should be called Family Pharmacy! Awesome staff. You feel like family as soon as you walk in. You guys are amazing. Wish I could give more than "5" stars!!

I have never written a review but, today I just had too! The staff goes above and beyond! They make you feel like you’re at home, they get you in and out, always friendly, and has the best prices! I wish I could give 10 stars!
