Shelby, John and Isaac, you are the best! My husband is disabled and in hospice care. His rocking recliner had to be replaced with a safe, basic one. Based on reviews and personal recommendations, Cleveland Furniture Outlet website is where we found just what he needed, quality and a very affordable price. Our purchase wasn't in-store, it was sight unseen over the phone. Fast delivery, removal of not one, but two pieces of old furniture at a nominal fee; professional, courteous, friendly service from beginning to end, that's what and who they are. This was our first experience with CFO, would be again and highly recommend to anyone.

I have not been into this furniture store, although I intend to soon, but I had the best experience with Furniture &Mattress Factory Outlet. I found a sectional at another store that I loved and it was on sale but out of stock. A friend suggested I come here, instead I went to their Webb page. To my surprise they had the same sectional at a regular price much lower than the previous sale price. I called them, a live person answered the call, helped me find the sofa, we placed the order and done! I later received a call informing me when it should be received. They were correct, no delays, delivery scheduled. I can’t say enough about the customer service, the delivery guys were great. I am a happy customer.

The prices were great. The employees were even better. If you are looking for furniture, I highly recommend you go see them. I moved from out of state and was looking for furniture, the help and knowledge they have about their inventory was impressive. I will definitely return for my next furniture purchase, because of how friendly and helpful the associates were!

I had an excellent customer service right from placing the order to delivery & setup. I have a rental property which needed mattress replacement right away. The owner of Furniture & Mattress Factory Outlet was very accomodating and made it happen. The delivery guys were very professional and on time. I have already been referring them to my neighbors & friends. I will definitely be back for my next furniture shopping needs. They have a good selection of furniture at comparable costs. They have a nice store. Nothing fancy but clean and the quality furniture is nicely arranged for easy browsing. The manager, Jackson, was very helpful without being pushy and so was the young lady who also worked there. The prices are very reasonable. This was our first time to shop there but will definitely be back!

We bought a sofa/loveseat (for the first time in decades...) here. We were very impressed with the friendly service and product expertise, and the very good prices and timely delivery. It was a joy to buy local.

We have bought a lot of furniture here and all of the staff are fantastic. We had only bought for our personal use, but we own Creekwood Resort cabins and today one of our cabins needed a new bed and box spring on a Saturday so no delivery/pick up but they said they would take care of the old stuff if I wanted to bring it in my truck. Franklin was fantastic with everything, he even explained why both pieces failed after getting in the bed of my truck and lying down on it, which I had not even bought this bed from them, it was only 2 years old so we really wanted to know. Great Prices! Very nice furniture and the staff is not the typical pushy people. They have all kinds of furniture. If they don't have it, they can order it and get there pretty quick. Love the place!

They have the lowest prices anywhere around and also have excellent customer service. I bought a recliner for my motor home to replace an old loveseat that was in it. Franklin was helpful, informative, and friendly. He helped us clarify what we wanted and is researching to help us find the items we want. His experience in retail helped us pick the details and quality we wanted and find those products. He even directed us to another store for some specialized items that his store doesn't carry. His products are superior quality, yet his assistance was the MOST helpful.

Really a fantastic place. The woman who is helping us was very knowledgeable and answered every question as well as explained the different brands that would fit our needs. The prices for the quality are the best I've found and I've been looking for sometime. I believe the people who own and run this store are truly honest hardworking people who want to give the customer what they want..they have several ways for you to pay and don't try to get you to purchase items with high finance charges. It's really worth your time to go by and see what they have. I'm very impressed.
