Look... if you have insurance, you might as well leave it home. I watched 4 people including myself get told that our insurance is no good but it works fine everywhere else. They want you to pay out of pocket. It's Easy for them because most of the patients are coming from a particular office and they are the only one that has the meds needed.

This place is a scam ! I had surgery and called the day before to make sure my insurance was excepted ! Literally the next day straight out of surgery I went to pick up my Medicine and ended up having to pay full price over 200$ because they said they didn’t take it once I arrived and I needed it immediately. I was so devastated . So not fair . Do not come here after getting you surgery from Mia esthetics . Who wants to worry about something like this right out of surgery.

As a medical professional, I can 100% say this place is out of regs. I politely came to pick up my client's medicine (having sx at Mia) at which I was told her meds was 218.55! Ma'am why? (Owner/pharmacist is not personable and heavy African accent) My client had a widely known and accepted insurance, accepted literally everywhere and she took the card, 5 seconds later she came back and stated "we don't accept this insurance." What insurance DO you accept was my response...they couldn't tell me. I kindly told her that my client ONLY had the funds to get her Antbx, narc and allergy med, she stated no! You can't just get 3, you have to pick up ALL 4. She had REFUSED to give us the other medications if we couldnt buy them ALL. Why ma'am? She stated it was a liability issue, that I needed to call the doc to have the nausea med removed (not true anywhere!) She didn't know me very well. Call the surgeon, tuh, not a problem. The Doc politely removed the nausea med and I was able to pick up her meds total 154. Btw: MD is NOW aware of what yall are doing to these woman who already have enough worry and stress with their sx's. You all are making up your own rules and I will be reporting you all to a higher authority. Beware of this pharmacy, they are refusing to take insurance so that they may charge full price and they know it's hard to get narcotics in that area being that there are 2 major surgical clinics near so they use that to their advantage. Hope this pharmacy gets investigated very soon.

I work for a doctor's office. A patient called us stating she was trying to get her medication, but the pharmacist was yelling at her. The patient states she told them she could not understand her, and the pharmacist hung up on her. I called and spoke with the pharmacist. The pharmacist began yelling at me. I told her, I'm sorry, I'm sure she is having a bad day, and to please not yell at me. The pharmacist continued yelling at me stating she was not yelling at me. I hung up. Everyone has bad days. But this was over the top unprofessional.

The door says they open at 7. Web says they open at 9. Sitting in the parking lot, it's well after 9 and they are closed.
