Great customer service from Dex! Unfortunately good customer service is hard to find these days. Dex's professionalism and great manners, makes me want to come back even when the line is long.

Employees were Amazing Friendly and Fast!! Food was DELICIOUS!!! I went to both locations in town and BOTH had Excellent Service!! Sonic must have hired all New Crew Members!!!! So Glad!!! We've missed Sonic!!!!

The food is fresh and good; they warn you if the order will take a long time. Quick, polite, and they rarely screw up. All the booth touch screens and card readers work. Tip your carhops a buck.

Great experience. Great friendly service. Had my food within 5 minutes. Beat part is that this sonic has a indoor dining area, never seen one, where you use old style phones to order your meal from the table. Overall great experience!!

They were awesome today, our slushes were made perfectly and they remembered to not mix in my nerds and put them on top all nice and pretty. Coco is an awesome lady she deserves a raise for putting up with two picky old ladies 😁👍👌

First off, you can eat indoors at this Sonic. You order with an old style phone when you're ready to order from tha Menu. Staff is Friendly and they are not just a bunch of white college kids. Diverse and Respectful staff here. Tha food is GooD as any Sonic and tha atmosphere is very Peaceful. I enjoyed eating here while I contemplated places I sought to Visit after work. Thank you All for working so diligently to make me a happy customer. One Love!!!

Took a while for the food, but it was worth it.

The only sit down sonic I've ever seen. They were courteous, and I heard her say my order so I know it was cooked fresh, and it arrived very hot.

Sadly their ice cream machine was broken and I had ordered and paid through the app. Thankfully the workers were very prompt informing me and gave me the number to call for my refund.

Ordered the $3.99 patty melt. Hot with lots of diced onions and cheese. Meat was good and bigger than the toast.

Just a great place to eat on the run. Quick,friendly,very polite staff. And the food is always fresh and tasty.

Pretty good place to go when you're just entering or leaving Natchitoches. Fresh, hot burgers and hot fries make this place my favorite to-go eatery in town.

I love this Sonic! Food is always good. No inside place to eat but you get the option of drive thru or a stall.

Literally just had the best mozzarella sticks, cherry limeade slush, and breakfast burrito of my life. 10/10, would recommend -bethanne and lily
