McDonald's

They got my order wrong, but immediately corrected it, and didn't charge me for what they missed. It is possible to make a mistake, and still have the ability to completely turn my disappointed visit into 5 stars with a great attitude and a true concern for me to have a good meal. Well done!

Great stop here on a weekday, early evening. Food order fast and correct. Good place to sit and take a business call, while on the road.

Today the staff was friendly and reasonably fast. The $5 meal deal is a good deal!

Wish I could give the McDonald’s 10 stars!!!! Stopped by on our from Fort Worth, TX to McComb, MS. Not only was this the coolest McDonald’s with the most up to date atmosphere, everything inside was spotless! We encountered 5 staff members, one at the register when I let them know the soap wasn’t working in the women’s bathroom, one in the women’s bathroom that took the soap off the wall & put some in my daughter’s hands (while I was letting the front know), one when ordering our food in the drive thru & paying, one when receiving our drinks & asking to pull up & the last one bringing our food out to us. The order was perfect & so fresh! Each employee spoke to me with kindness & respect & like they actually enjoyed their jobs & the people they encounter. Each one was so sweet & had the biggest smiles on their faces. Customer service is a lost art but these ladies made me believe it still exists. I wish I could pack up this McDonald’s & their employees & bring them back to Texas with my family! !

I've been to many McDonalds and they are all great.

There honestly isn't much to say about most McDonald's, but this one has genuinely really great food! Myself & a group came ordered pretty big and nothing was wrong, everything was hot, and the employees were more accommodating than most!

Came here on a rainy Friday in October. The staff was super friendly and all had smiles. The bathrooms were super clean and my McDouble was on point.

The manager working last night was so friendly and gave us great customer service even though it was late and it was near closing time.

Quick in and out. Can't complain. It did the job!

Food was very fresh, friendly super fast service, laid back atmosphere. Very satisfied with this visit. I only review fast food places is they are awesome or awful. This McDonald's was awesome.

I camped out at this McDonald's over the span of three days, while looking for work out of the area. The staff is awesome, the restaurant is clean, and the Mobile Ordering couldn't be easier - in fact, I would recommend it. I've learned that the Mobile App first sends the order information to a "Corporate Cloud" if you will, then the order is transmitted to the restaurant. So if there are any issues, more than likely the restaurant has nothing to do with it. The other thing I noticed is that sometimes, the beverages on mobile orders (specifically, fountain drinks) can sometimes be overlooked - so just a friendly ask when you pick-up your order, and the staff will get you taken care of.

This restaurant was recently remodeled, so the staff takes pride in that, contributing to the overall cleanliness. By far, the best McDonald's I've been to in a while on my travels over the road.

This McDonalds was great! Awesome customer service and management was awesome also! Our school group came on short notice the management said oh we got this! We had fresh hot food and great service! Thanks for having us!

Food was good except for we asked for 2 egg biscuits , 1 with cheese, 1 no cheese...... well you guessed it. No cheese on either 1 of the egg biscuits.

I loved the service! People are fun to clown around with also

Was Excellent the only problem a home less man was asking every customer for cash inside and outside of the restaurant on Pinhook next to Wal-Mart. I gave him a Biscuit he wanted between 3-5 cash 💸 💰

Excellent honest hard working staff. I accidentally lost my phone there and they found it and went to great lengths to get in touch with me and return it. I was 50 miles down the road, but that was a lot better than 500 miles away.

The food was typical McDonald's and freshly prepared. Service was prompt and polite. The manager of this McDonald's should be very proud of their staff!!

I was treated great and charged the right amount for my order after just leaving the other McDonald's on Keyser who tried to over charge me twice on the the same order that I got at the this McDonald's.

So glad i stopped. had been on the road 5 hrs on midweek trip and wanted a snack. it was almost 10 p.m. and the place was immaculate.. the bathroom, counter, lobby. Thank goodness! It felt good and the crew was superb- Friendly, attentive, & their clean cut manager took really good care of me. Thnx so much for a fabulous experience.
