Purchasing new carpet at Glover and Flack's was a great experience. I had a very small project and they made me feel that it was as important as a large one. The people in the store were very personable and helpful in finding the right carpet. We were looking for a patterned carpet for our stairs and they had lots of options. I felt the pricing was also very fair. The workers who came to our house were very professional. They called before they came, showed up on time, and were very tidy and efficient. The final product looks great!

Good in-store experience and the installation was great. It was for a small patio, but the installers worked just as hard as you'd expect for a big job. The fit is perfect and there are no visible tacks or seams. We'll definitely use this company again for a bigger job next year.

Had a wonderful experience! Not knowing much about the process of purchasing carpet (so many choices), they patiently assisted me until I came up with the quality and color of carpet that I was happy with. Professional staff and better pricing than Home Depot or Lowes for quality carpet and installation. They make the process what it should be, quick and easy. Purchased and installed 4 days later.

Great local business with a personal touch. Prices were on par with, if not lower, than the competitors I bid against. We had a fairly large miscommunication (carpet was installed in wrong rooms) that I thought could get messy, instead they quickly took care of the issue and did whatever was needed to correct the issue. Overall now I couldn't be happier, issues happen, but their ability/willingness to resolve was fantastic.

I just completed my fourth transaction with Glover and Flack carpeting and flooring. Just like the previous transactions I got excellent customer service a fair value and excellent quality product . From John in the office to the installers that came out everybody went above and beyond to complete the job on time to my satisfaction. That is no easy task, I recognise that I am a perfectionist and there were several last-minute changes to the job and we were accommodated without any complaint or any hesitation. I hesitate to add any contractors into my home but I felt absolute confidence and trust with every employee that I came in contact with. Nothing was out of place nothing was disturbed they did not wander they were extremely respectful and they never stopped working. At one point we even requested that a terrible section of floor of the toilet installed to modify the underlayment to our satisfaction over something that could’ve been considered relatively petty. Boom bang boom, they did it with a smile !
NONE BETTER! don’t pay for shoddy labour and second-rate material! Talk to John Flack and get the best.

We bought a remnant today, brought it home and it doesn't fit our room. I'm wondering if we can bring it back and buy a different size? I didn't see any posts about their return policy. I loved the carpet, great quality and customer service was awesome, we just screwed up and I'm pretty sad considering we drove over an hour to get there and I love the rug so much.

These people really work with you from all angles. We used them for LVP in the basement and main floor of our house. We plan on carpet upstairs with them. Luke couldn't have been more helpful. A very wise choice.
