Ball Ground Pharmacy

I hesitate to put this review out as I’m scared people will flock to Ball Ground pharmacy. This is the absolute BEST pharmacy ever!! They are caring, compassionate, service minded and just wonderful people. I’ve been with them since moving to Ball Ground 4 years ago and I don’t ever want to go back to a big box pharmacy again! This is the best pharmacy and group of people ever.

Kameron is extremely knowledgeable, as well as always displaying top-shelf customer service. The staff there is always very kind and willing to answer whatever questions you have. Best pharmacy I have ever been to!

Had such a wonderful experience at this pharmacy from Kameron’s knowledge and willingness to explain our prescriptions in depth (I ask lots of questions) to their promptness and professionalism, the entire staff is great. After 15 years using Publix pharmacy I have now officially made Ball Ground Pharmacy my family’s preferred pharmacy. So glad I found this place!

Ball Ground Pharmacy is the absolute best. Customer service you won’t find at other pharmacies, they know you they care and go out of their way to help everyone.

Kameron is the best pharmacist and extremely knowledgeable/helpful when it comes to answering questions. He will take the time to speak to you! SO much better than CVS or Walgreens. Places like cvs are just concerned with pushing out prescriptions but filling at an independent gives you the personalized care people deserve! Highly would recommend coming here!

This is your hometown pharmacy! They will quickly become family and always look out for your best interests both on medications and your finances. Jeff is truly a wonderful man and pharmacist.

We moved to Ball Ground over 12 years ago and started using Ball Ground Pharmacy. Our experiences with Jeff and all of his staff have been excellent. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to provide great customer service. It's wonderful to have a neighborhood pharmacy that knows your name! We highly recommend this pharmacy.

Absolutely awesome staff that go above and beyond to assist you. Pharmacist Jeff will do anything possible to help (just another of the many reasons to use/have a private and locally owned pharmacy). Not to mention their amazing gift shop and neat little gifts! Wonderful people and wonderful business!

I wouldn’t choose any other pharmacy! Our town may be small but this pharmacy is big! .... Big as in caring for their customers, extremely helpful, fast & prompt on getting your prescriptions filled, and I love the fact that they want to get to know you and call you by your name.
