Publix Super Market at Matt Town Center

Honestly, this is my favorite grocery store right now - this particular location. I end up doing my shopping in the mornings and always have a great experience. Today, several employees helped me find different things and Kayla went out of her way to provide great service. She went the extra mile to help me find what I needed. Everyone in the entire store is always friendly and they strive to provide good customer service. I've been impressed any time I have had an interaction with any employee here. The store also has ample parking and the atmosphere inside is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. A+++

Publix always sets the bar high but today I was super impressed with two gentlemen…I wish I had gotten their names to give credit where it is due. I asked if they had an item in the bakery area and they did not. I was then told they keep a few bakery items in the deli area (complete opposite side of the store). The guy working the bakery offered to take me there and the other gentleman, who I found out was the Deli Manager, told him he was going that way & that he would walk with me. When we got there, they didn’t have what I was looking for and he literally said he would go try to make it, he always likes learning something new. I didn’t take him up on the offer but I was so impressed with the level of customer service from both of them…so rare these days.

My son called and ordered the cake for my wife's birthday. Not only was the cake ready for pick up the next day, but it was also exactly what he ordered and it was delicious. Great taste, great value, and super easy to work with. Great job, Publix bakery!

This Publix is better than others in the area and it is much newer and cleaner. Just an overall better shopping experience. Summer makes the best sandwiches here and I don't know what Publix pays her but it isn't enough. Honestly, they should give her another week of paid vacation and a substantial raise. She makes the whole experience here pleasant!

I was shopping today with my toddler. I walked up to the deli/coldcut counter and an older man was working on an order. I stood there for 5 minutes and he never acknowledged my existence, or said a word to me. Summer walked in and immediately asked if I needed help- I gave her my order and she saw me struggling with my daughter. She offered to write down the order and cut the meat while I continued to shop. She was extremely kind and was so thoughtful to offer her assistance to expedite the order. It's little things that make a difference in this world and she demonstrated top notch customer service. I shop at Publix 3x a week and no one has ever offered to help the way she did. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you Summer for your kind heart!!

Very friendly and helpful folks and a great pharmacy staff. The store is always clean, and the music playlist while shopping is just the best!🎶 I often find myself dancing while shopping.

Love this store! Everyone here is super helpful. Deli is amazing, great subs and hot meals. Alyssa in the deli is always super nice and always cuts my meat perfectly. Bakery is also amazing! Always pleased at this store.

Publix has always been very clean. Everyone is always very helpful and smiling. We enjoy shopping there. The food is always fresh at the deli. My son loves to get subs there. Matter of fact he also works there and really enjoys working with everyone.

Always neat and organized. Pharmacy is great. Not sure his name, but one of the pharmacy workers is a middle age, black guy who has got to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Always a pleasure to see him. Overall, great store and pharmacy.

Well stocked, very clean. Excellent produce. Can be pricey, but has good sales. The buy 1 get 1 free items are great and you don't have to 2 to get discount. This is a bigger and better store than the one in Dawsonville.
