Lowe's Home Improvement

Been coming to this one for years. Nice folks they had a good amount of Christmas out already. I think they were still working on it.

There are 12 handicap parking spaces and around 60 free parking spaces. The building is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchases with this home improvement store.

I was looking for a good tool storage system, and found the Klein Mod Box, and knew I had found what I was looking for. Can't wait to add other boxes and accessories. It looks good and is well made. In a few months I'll add a long term review, because if it's still working well for me, it'll work well for anyone.

This Lowes in Griffin, GA deserves 10 stars! 5 stars for product availability/having what I needed in stock, and another 5 stars for having such a well-organized garden center! For the past 2 weeks, I have been searching high & low for Pennington Ultra Green Azalea, Camellia, & Rhododendron plant food. Lowes’ website had all the metro Atlanta area stores showing the product as being available with anywhere from 3-17 bags on hand in store. I placed orders online for curbside/in-store pickup from the following locations, but they would all get cancelled several hours later: Sandy Springs, Chamblee, Norcross, both Alpharetta locations, Edgewood, Camp Creek, & Stone Mountain. I called the Stockbridge store because online it said they had 15 in stock, luckily an employee answered the phone and I had him actually go look, but there were none. I called the Camp Creek location several times; never once did anyone answer the phone there. Lowe’s website said the McDonough location had 16 available on hand, but an employee there was nice enough to call me 20 minutes after I placed my order to tell me she couldn’t find them anywhere. I even went in person to search a few stores myself, but alas, nowhere to be found. I even ordered directly from Lowes online for them to just ship it to me, but when the estimated delivery date arrived it had not even been shipped out yet. This Griffin location was the farthest away from me and my absolute last resort. Online said there were 17 in store. I ordered, and it wasn’t cancelled! In under an hour I received a locker pickup code! I was excited! It took me 1 hour 10 minutes to drive from home to here in no traffic, and another 1 hour 30 minutes to make it back home. I bought 2 bags, and I saw that there were actually 9 more on a top shelf in a box in the garden center, meaning there were 11 in store (not 17). I am just so relieved to finally have found what I’ve been wanting to feed to my blueberries plant! I just wish Lowes would come up with a better inventory tracking system or one that is way more accurate and up to date! I greatly appreciate the Griffin Lowes for not only having what I needed, but a wide array of everything else. It must be a huge store because they had tons of products in the garden center I have never seen in the Sandy Springs and Chamblee locations. All the flowers and plants looked healthy, not dried out and wilted. Even the extra garden center inventory that was boxed up was clearly labeled and efficiently organized. I was thoroughly impressed. No employees were available for assistance or questions, but that was because the store was busy full of customers. Thank goodness for this location!

I noticed over the winter that Lowe's actually covered up their plants when it was going to freeze. They really seem to care about their plants, and I love that they mark down the ones that look a little bad instead of trashing them or letting them die to get a credit.

We have been all over the place trying to find some white wash. If you are looking for white wash you must go here. Most other Lowe's do not have it and I have yet to find a home depot location that carries it. We have bought alot of clearance items here for our new home which is coming along quite well.

I received excellent customer service here which made the overall experience great.

I shop here a lot. Customer service is good. Employees are nice. They usually have what I need.

Lowes has the unique items that Home Depot doesn't have. I Love shopping there for all my indoor and outdoor home essentials.

I went and purchased an appliance before 1:00 PM and it was delivered the next day at 11:30 AM. I will most definitely be ordering from here again!

Great store just no workers to help you find anything

Love the garden section. Their plants are healthy and they have 4 aisles just for pots and window boxes. I bought 6 flowers a month ago that are doing great and the best part is they were only $1.88 each.

Jeremiah M. made the selling and closing a very pleasant process. Jeremiah was always professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made the entire sales process a pleasant experience. Lowe’s was the third and last stop on our shopping trip. The entire process started and ended without any “buyer’s remorse”. We highly recommend the Griffin, GA Lowe’s for our/your appliance needs. (Ask for Jeremiah M., you will not be disappointed.

What can I say, typical Lowes, easy in out, big, stocked and good AC.

Was helped by associate Errol who went way above and beyond the call of duty to find and retrieve a product I was looking for. He has a very professional and kind attitude which makes you enjoy your shopping experience at this Lowes. He is a great asset to the Lowes company. You better find a way of keeping him at this store. Thanks again Errol!

I went to go pick up an online order, and Miss cathy went above and beyond out of her way to help me get my order as quick as possible she even went above her limits to pick up the heavy pieces of wood by her self and placed it on the cart just to expedite the progress.
