My family's experience with Conner-Westbury Funeral Home has been exemplary. Mike was caring, responsive and time efficient in every way. They took care of all the details and our many questions. His expertise and compassion put us at ease through a very stressful time. We cannot say enough good things.

I am thankful for the staff at Conner- Westbury. Adam especially was very caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. My Husband passed away recently and Adam arrived at the hospital very quickly. He was very caring and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. He made the process during this very difficult time less stressful as possible. He made us feel at ease with the decision's we made. He was there every step of the way. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Pastor Gene preached at the service and did a beautiful job. I think the first experience I had with Conner-Westbury was more than twenty years ago, but just this past week we lost another family member so my experience has spanned across decades with multiple members of my family. I don't think I have ever left a review, but as I left the building today I wanted to make time to express my gratitude for the compassion and care the staff there has always shown to us. The death of a loved one is such an emotional and life-altering event. Sometimes you have time to prepare, but you are not always given this opportunity. I have found the people of Conner-Westbury to be so kind and helpful. They listen and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs and desires for the end of life celebration are met. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They are also very transparent with the costs involved and sit down with you to explain what each item is. They give guidance regarding the need for death certificates, rules of various cemeteries and protocols for veterans, etc. They are thorough and understanding. I honestly cannot think of anything in any of my experiences with them that has gone awry or has not been exactly as I would have wished. It seems to me that customer service is often lacking in many organizations, but people are central to Conner-westbury's business ethic. They are incredibly professional and strive to make the grieving family feel as comfortable as possible during what is a very difficult time.

I recently lost my father unexpectedly. I didn’t know what to do. I chose Conner Westbury because my grandfathers service was here last year. I feel very lucky I chose this place. Adam Brown helped us every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions and helped us put together a memorable service.

I can’t express how well the staff handled my mother’s passing. Most especially Chad was amazing in his caring for us(my family) and my mother. He is very passionate about his work and it shows. Thank you Chad and staff for all that you did.

Really impressed by these folks!!! They made dealing with our mother's passing, at least the funeral arrangement part, as easy as could have been hoped. They were easy to deal with and at no time did we feel like they were trying to nickel and dime or push us into a higher price option. While I hope to not need their services again any time soon, they are at the top of my list should the need come up again.

I have never seen someone who was indeed so compassionate and understanding. Even though it was a very hard time for me and my family Adam helped us through the most difficult time in our lives. I am so thankful that people like him still exist so from the Harden family we Thank you.

We are so very pleased with how we were treated by every member of the staff at Conner-Westbury. They all went out of their way to provide exceptional service and treat us like family. What was most outstanding was that they made us feel like we were their number one priority. This place truly cares about people.

When my father-in-law passed away, we had to plan for multi-state services. Conner-Westbury lead with meeting and exceeding all our expectations. The professionalism shown and respect to my veteran father-in-law was outstanding! The second receiving funeral home even complimented Conner-Westbury on the preparation of the body, stating, "small town funeral homes always do such a great job." We bought our prearrangements from them because they are truly the best!

I am so thankful for the staff at Conner -Westbury. They were so accomodating to our requests and made the process of making my dad's final arrangements a lot easier than I thought it would be. I’m times of sorry Conner-Westbury always guides you through some of the most difficult waters with a smile or laugh and makes each person feel loved and heard. Mrs. Wilda’s celebration of life this past week was beautifully done along with Gramps (Mr. Neil Norman Sr.), earlier this year. Everyone at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home is compassionate, considerate and very helpful. When my mother died suddenly without a funeral plan, Conner-Westbury guided us through the process of final arrangements. They were very reasonable with the cost and they treated my mom and our family with dignity.

We enlisted the help of Conner Westbury to handle the services for my father in law. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the upmost professionalism and genuinely sympathetic care! They stayed in constant communication to make sure the services where to our upmost liking. And above all, they made my father in law look AMAZING! I unfortunately am no stranger to funerals being I have lost 2 uncles, an Aunt, a mother, multiple Grand Parents as well as friends. The care they took in presenting him at his best, is truly the best I’ve ever seen. He passed on Wednesday and we had the Services on Monday, and he looked like he was simply resting at peace. I wouldn’t hesitate in the least to employ their services again and again.

Conner Westbury is Amazing! Adam was such a pleasure to work with and answered every question I had and very patient. Autumn worked with my daughter and me with receiving everything even after hours.
