Mercedes was our service manager. She was friendly, efficient, and informative for this visit. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Everyone we came in contact with at Dyer & Dyer was more than helpful. I originally had made an appointment at a different dealership. Unfortunately they did not seem to be comfortable with the programming issue I needed addressed with our car. So I then contacted and made an appointment at Dyer & Dyer. Mercedes was so helpful and the service department was so welcoming that we most likely will drive the extra 15 minutes to Dyer & Dyer and continue to have Mercedes coordinate any service needs for our Volvo.

I was able to get a routine maintenance service for my car after work without an appointment. I was truly grateful for that. My car was ready in less than 2hrs including the complimentary wash and vacuum. Staff was all smiles and super friendly! Coffee bar was good too!

The service was impressive! My Service Tech Mercedes Mangrum took care my vehicle with all due diligence to make sure all issues were corrected and fixed. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and enthusiastic! She made the experience less stressful.

I had a great experience having my Volvo serviced at Dyer and Dyer Volvo. I purchased the car there and have been getting it serviced there as well. The Service facility, including the waiting area and place to work, are excellent. The service staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and looking to help. For my most recent visit Mercedes was my service technician. She was awesome! I highly recommend Dyer and Dyer, as well as Mercedes.

The 2024 XC60 lease I just wrapped up is my second lease with Allan Friedman. He did a great job with all aspects of the lease and his approach of no pressure, take your time really was a welcome relief. He suggested several ways for saving costs on it and it paid off. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. We definitely will keep coming back and will recommend others as the opportunities come up.

Mercedes has been historically proficient, professional, and courteous, today was no exception. Although I ran slightly late for my appointment, they were ready and patient in their explanation of my services. And on top of arriving late, I asked for a specific end time (don't judge me, life happens:), which was honored. As I waited for my vehicle, staff members consistently checked in with me. I was very satisfied with my experience. Thanks to an amazing team!

While having some issues with my panel screen shutting down while driving, I decided to let Dyer & Dyer Volvo assess the issue. Greeted by the sweetest young lady , Mercedes Mangrum, who was my personal service consultant. She is very knowledgeable of the vehicle as I asked her many questions. Very polite and patient with me throughout my entire wait. Also went above and beyond and had the car charged fully before I left. Unfortunately, they seen no problem with the issue I described but Mercedes told me a few things I could try to resolve the issues and to call her if I had any other questions. Thank you for the great service ! Mercedes was amazing and I’ll definitely will be coming back to Dyer & Dyer for service.

Service is extremely good. I love that not only your Service Technician is willing to help, but the overall experience could not have been any better. My personal Service Representative, went that extra mile in taking her time to work with all my concerns. I know it can be hard sometimes working with a senior client, but she hung in there and made sure all my needs were met.

Once again my service technician (Marq) made an unpleasant situation better. I’d had pretty poor communication previously with my car in the shop there from around 2018 until 2022. In the last year, twice my car’s been in with Marq as my service technician. Each time he’s been on top of it, clearly communicated what I can expect (when I’ll get an update, when he expects the car to be ready and - when things don’t go according to plan - he let’s you know quickly rather than avoiding you). It definitely sucked to have to spend another $1K on my car, but at least the process of getting the repairs made was smooth and stress-free (other than the lack of loaner cars - which has been a problem for years now that Dyer and Dyer Volvo doesn’t seem to care about. When you have a serious issue with the car, you can’t just “wait 3 weeks” until a loaner is available, and that will definitely impact my next car purchase decision).

Mercedes (the service advisor) was quite helpful and responsive during the process. Unfortunately 2 tires that I needed were not in stock so the car had to stay more than 24 hours (which was inconvenient). Otherwise, all good.

I was out of town and under car emergency situation with EV not charging. This was very stressful being out of town but the service department resolved fully the charging issue allowing my family to safely get back home. Great job and thank you! (especially Mercedes and the Tech. who made sure I was aware of the progress on repair).

I was greeted upon arrival for my previously scheduled appointment. The service advisor (Tony) discussed what I needed so that we were both on the same page. I received communication via text and phone that was satisfactory. Customer service was excellent!! I’ll be back (hopefully not too soon lol)

At my first service for XC 60, i was given with thorough explanations and breakdowns for anything will be needed for my car.
All of service reps seemed to be very nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.
Especially, my service rep, Mercedes provided the excellent service and thank you so much!

Passed by the dealership with my mom not expecting anything other than to see the vehicles and maybe test drive one. We test drove a Volvo and loved the features and everything about the car. By the end of the night, I was able to leave the dealership with a brand new car! Our sales person, Gustavo, was amazing and patient as well as everyone else in the dealership. Everyone was very attentive!

Great service, two stars for knowing that the factory service prices that are listed on the app are incorrect.

My 40K service was $1,619, on the app it’s listed at 899.

You have plenty of time to correct this as well as reaching out to customers when scheduling an appointment.

This creates an unpleasant environment when you have pricing conflicts due to poor planning on your part. Mind you that people have to budget before bringing their vehicle to you.

Have courtesy and make the update

Mercedes was very patient and professional. I was a little frustrated but she reassured me that she would make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition the service manager gave me the same courtesy. I feel comfortable taking my car to Dyer

I took my V90 in for annual maintenance and Mercedes was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before returning the car. She communicated throughout the appointment and was very professional. Highly recommend.
