Excellent, and knowledgeable service! Cat answered all of my questions. This was a big purchase for me and she was able to put me at ease. She is very professional and very easy to work with!

My wife and recently purchased a mattress at this location and were helped by Thomas. The store had an excellent selection. Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. We never felt pressured that he was pushing us toward a specific brand or price range, and instead was more interested in helping us find the best mattress for us. Any question we had he was able to offer information about the mattresses he was selling. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend Thomas and this location to others. Mattress is on its way, so I can't speak on that aspect just yet, but I have to say I had a great shopping experience here when I went. Thomas was a great rep! He went above and beyond in making sure myself and another customer in the store were well informed, and well taken care of. Great personality, and great salesmanship. Clearly very knowledgeable of the products on hand. If I need another mattress for any other rooms in the future, I'll make sure to stop in when Thomas is around.

My Fiancé and I stopped in to look at different types of mattresses since the one we had was in terrible shape. Cat was super helpful and helped us pick out the best fit for us both. Thomas was super helpful and friendly! My husband and I told him what we were looking for, he showed us the mattress he thought was best, then two others that were comparable. We went with the first mattress he showed us - the Nectar. It’s insanely comfortable! Thomas knows what he’s talking about! Cat was also very friendly. I worked with Thomas and Cat to purchase a bed for my guest room. Right off the bat, I was offered affordable options because the bed won't be used much. I appreciated this. They gave me a lot of time to decide. They both have pleasant personalities and I liked the experience. The delivery was a quick and professional experience.

Walked into store w intention of buying bed railing, walked out buying complete bed. Thomas was GREAT! Very friendly, professional and knew the products. We had a great experience shopping for our new mattress. Cat was very helpful, showed us many options that met our described need. She must have made mental notes about our reactions to each one, because she remembered which ones we had really liked. That made it easier to go back and try the possibles without having to start over. She gave us time alone to talk but was readily available for questions. With her help, we made the right choice and love our new mattress. Delivery was on time, no hassle, to our upstairs bedroom, and old mattress taken away as promised. Highly recommend the store and our salesperson, Cat.

They sales woman was very helpful at helping us find our mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the products in their store and made the process quick and painless and even helped us find a luxury mattress at half price. We are looking forward to its delivery and getting a good nights sleep!

The whole experience was fantastic. I was given time to explore the showroom. Adrienne was right nearby if I had any questions. Amazingly, I found exactly what I was looking for. She helped me through the purchase process & offered to explain the financing options. It made the purchase easy & not overwhelming at all! It was a great deal & with free delivery & removal of the old mattress, that was just icing on the cake! The delivery guys were great too. I spent my first night on the new mattress & it was the most comfortable night I have had in a long time. I encourage anyone to visit Mattress Warehouse to help with your bedding needs! The store had a lot of quality mattresses. I had shopped around and the sales people here made me feel very comfortable what my needs . They did not try to lead me to any particular mattress and and they were very down to earth. The prices were good and I left the store feeling like I had made a good purchase. Also they were able to deliver it pretty quick, i was able to get it the next morning. This was a survey I didn't mind doing.

I have never received better customer service anywhere! I had Cat assisting me and not only was she super professional and willing to answer my many questions, but she was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses, box springs and really took the time to make sure I was going to get the best bed for me! I was extremely stressed and nervous about buying a new bed and she made me feel alot better!!! 100% Satisfied customer thanks to Cat!!

My wife and I finally decided it was time to get a new mattress. After checking around at different stores we stopped in at Mattress Warehouse. Adrienne was the salesperson, she introduced herself to my wife and I. After listening to what we thought we were looking for, she suggested we use the sleep diagnostic bed they had there. After completing the diagnostic test, Adrienne showed us some of the mattresses that it suggested. She was not pushy and very resourceful. Once we found one to our liking, Adrienne started the paperwork and less than a week later we are sleeping in our new bed. The whole process was quick and painless. My wife and I both would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse if you are looking for a new bed.
