Both employees that helped me were amazing. Dean helped me at the checkout when I was struggling with self checkout and was so patient and helpful. And the young lady that was stocking helped me more than once find what I needed and was so sympathetic with me recently being injured on a car accident. She went above and beyond offering to help me get my items and knew where everything was. They both not only greeted me but were so kind and wished me a safe evening and Merry Christmas. She found the items I could not and smiled often even as I felt to be a burden. They were both amazing!

Dean was SO was a delight!! I'd just come from Santa Rosa Medical Center & was HAPPY they were open & able to fill my rx for me, but as I waited I did have some questions & he was so knowledgeable + a welcoming personality that I saw w every person that was coming & going! That's truly not a quality that we find in many places anymore! (Especially w/ that shift, it's a 50/50 shot one will get a nice person & he shared his simple goal w a genuine smile & said he just wanted to help ALL who came there & if he could put a smile on their face & make ANYTHING special, he was happy to do it!! You can get almost everything you need plus it's open 24 hrs. If you have questions about medicine or illness there's a pharmacist on duty also 24 hrs that is always helpful in your quest.

The pharmacy was able to get my antibiotic prescription filled, cheaper than my insurance deductible. Thanks for letting me know.

So I'm not given the store or the pharmacy themselves a review because I always have issues and they are always super slow. What I want to give a review on his one of the techs I spoke with in the pharmacy. His name was Damion (might have spelled that wrong) I had some cream that was sent in on 13th. My husband went to pick up one of my meds while there the person helping him told him that they never got the script from my doctor. 2 days later I call my doctor. She confirms that they accepted my script but went ahead and sent it again. So I call the pharmacy and boy I was blessed for this awesome tech to answer the phone. Not only did Mr.Damion confirm the script has been on hold since the 13th because they were out. So he put me on hold to go check. Now when he gets back on the phone with me he confirms they are out. Instead of telling me to have a nice day and check back later he ask me what my number is so he can call other local stores to see if they had it. Sure enough WITHIN 10 mins he calls me having it on hold at another location and is sending my script to them. This man understood my pain and went above and beyond!!! I have NEVER had anyone else ever in my life go above and beyond like Mr.Damion did.. I am very blessed for him taking my call.. This is at the Milton Florida location!!!

I walked in and was immediately helped to find the medicine I needed. Lady was super helpful in getting me what I needed. Then was waiting for check out and an older gentleman that worked there came and helped me get checked out quicker. A super fast and nice experience! I can’t say I have ever been helped so much at any other store I’ve gone to like this!

The pharmacy techs were a huge help to me. Most specifically Kris. Been a long difficult road with my sons condition the last year with minimal help from professionals. They were most helpful, made calls they didn’t need to to help the process move along more smoothly. I wish there were more like these people. Thank you cvs

I have used CVS on & off since they first opened in Milton. I appreciate them accepting goodrx bcuz I don't have RX insurance. I also like they accept most coupons, & allow in store coupons along with manufacturers as well & it makes for a great couponing store.
