AT&T Store

I had an outstanding experience at AT&T I walked in and Lewis introduced himself.
He was very understanding sympathetic.
An ampachatic to my situation because of being housebound for months on end.
So I would recommend a 5 star. I would give him all the stars in the heavens. So I will be telling anyone to go see Lewis at AT&T look.
As he was not just in associate he was my friend now.😇

The young man that waited on us was very helpful and patient with us I had a stroke a year ago and h was very patient . I would like to give him the highest compliment.we have been with tall a long time and have been satisfied every time

Jack was such a huge help, I have been with Verizon for years and my bill was never the same with them. I explained to him why I wanted to change and he helped me and got me brand new phones for less than half of what I’m paying at Verizon. He was very professional and did AMAZING I could not have asked for a better experience. He treated me better than Verizon has customer service wise in years!

Jack at AT&T was so helpful in getting my family set up with our new phones. He was extremely patient and went above his job description to help us. He was VERY knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure I understood everything. I’m terrible on phones and because he knew that, he did it all for me! Jack did an outstanding job helping me out. Very patient and helpful. The issues I was having at another AT&t store was not solvable but was able to get my issues resolved at the Pace location. Definitely coming back and referring my friends to this location.

Lisa D was the best. I went in to look at prices and she was so amazing I came out with my service transferred from Verizon 250,.00 cheaper including a shiny new Apple Watch Ultra. Love her to death.

Let me start by saying I hate going into the store for cell phone dealings. Felisa McClain made what could’ve been an excruciating experience into a pleasant one that will now help secure even more business in the future. Her knowledge coupled with a willingness to find answers she didn’t know and a general pleasant demeanor was what Merriam Webster would define customer service.

Her managers Anthony and Reide could have easily hang back, as she did her thing but they jumped in, rolled sleeves up and helped ensure I got everything I wanted done.

I, originally, went in to move one phone from a competitor and purchase a hot spot. However, due to their amazing service. I walked away buying the hotspot, moving two phones, watch, tablet, and upgrading a phone and the tablet. In the end, I actually saved money even with adding new devices and a hotspot.

Pace AT&T on Hwy 90 is a well-oiled machine with genuine people that understand that you got to build trust to gain buy-in.

I have avoided the Pace store for the last 2 years until yesterday because of my previous experiences in the store with customer service and management. Stopped by just to see if they had the phones we wanted in stock. My experience today was 100 percent different from my previous experiences. Wesely was awesome and easy to chat with when I came in. Management acknowledged people as they came in and put them on the waiting list himself (not via a kiosk). When it slowed down and I was finishing up my purchase the atmosphere between the employees seemed to me that they all get along. Whatever they're doing keep it up. Today was a much better experience and AT&T needs to make sure they recognize and keep the crew that's there as long as they can. Seems to me like the right group of people.

Felisa was very nice to my wife and I she helped us pick the right plan and the right phone and the right insurance. I was very pleased with all of her work she did for us today. Thank you.
