I visited the Griffin, GA location as soon as it opened up. I was in search of an office chair. I was greeted by an amazing associate by name of Carlos. He was there every step of the way, answering all the questions I had (which was quite a few) while also completing his tasks. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Katrina. When I tell you she was a breathe of fresh air. VERY professional, knowledgeable, helpful and passionate. She explained and helped me sign up for a business account (which I knew nothing about but found out I need it). This was by far the best customer service experience I've experienced in a long time. Every one at that store deserves a bonus.

I wish I would have gotten her name. Long blonde hair. Super sweet! Super super super super super good at her job. Very nice. Very kind and very considerate lady that helped me. I was looking for tape that was it but she made the experience actually really good. She's really good at her job. She should be training. Everybody works everywhere from ever. She's awesome and if she's reading this I hope she knows that I'm talking about her. And thank you for making my day. I'm the one that came back in and need to go potty really quickly clean his bathrooms of ever been in my life cleaner than the hospital

I visited the Office Depot in Griffin GA to have a large number of copies made for our beekeeper’s class. The attendant in the printing service was so helpful in guiding me to make the most economical choice. I was able to get all the copies made and save our community beekeeping club over $100 with her help. Thank so much for the GREAT customer service.

Needed color copies and a case of printer paper. Krista in the copy area was nice and patient with a tech challenged senior. Maurice helped me pick out some items and was very helpful (and happy to do so) putting all my items in my car. Great and fast experience. .

Ordered online, picked up same day. Two boxed chairs were brought out to curbside pickup fairly quickly, and loaded into our Jeep for us. Chairs were put together at home without much difficulty and in use quickly.

The prices are reasonable, but I just can’t get the same amount of customer service anywhere else like I do at my Office Depot.

My salesperson was very courteous and professional. She greeted me as I entered the store, listed to what I wanted and show me and explained to me the different printers.

Our oversized dopey cat, Blitz, had gone missing. The print department associate made color posters with his picture. we posted them and got our cat home in two hours!

I am always treated as a valuable customer when I come into the store.
