Today I bought a Springfield Pillow Top Twin Mattress and Box Spring from Jeff at Mattress By Appointment. Jeff was very nice and polite and so helpful. I called and made an appointment and was able to come in store to check out the mattresses. I told Jeff what I was wanting in a mattress and he encouraged me to try a couple different mattresses in the store and I found one that was perfect for my needs! I'm 32 weeks pregnant and wanted a mattress that offered support but was also soft and comfortable, the Springfield Pillow Top covered all of those needs. Jeff also delivered my mattress and box spring to my house. I highly recommend to call Jeff at Mattress By Appointment if you need a mattress or box spring. He is friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to pay for my mattress and box spring in full, however if you are needing a mattress and box spring now and you are limited on money, he offers payment plans to qualifying customers. So go ahead check them out, they are totally worth it!

I called Mattress by appt. And spoke with Jeffrey. As usual, this is my second time buying from him, he was prompt with the appt. And didn’t disappoint with the price. I highly recommend this place. I am a loyal customer and will only buy my mattresses there. He is very courteous and doesn’t push the sale.

I met with Jeff on a Saturday morning. I had driven by hundreds of times but didn’t know about the store until it appeared in a GOOGLE search for mattresses near me. I told him what I was looking for and if the price was right I would buy on the spot. He moved a few mattresses around, I laid on several of them, we discussed the price, and I had a new mattress, box spring, frame, and cover in less than 30 minutes.
It worked out perfectly!

My wife and I made an appointment and went there and Jeff was very patient and helpful. I have chronic back pain from an injury I suffered some years ago and I need a certain type of mattress and he found which one felt really good to me, then when I told him I couldn't afford it he found me one that was just as good with a 10 year warranty for 1/3rd the price. Jeff saved me, I bought a king size mattress previously because I was such in a rush to get rid of my old one due to back problems, so I had a mattress but no box springs…. I was working on a budget with only what I had, and Jeff had just what I needed and worked with me and my budget so I’d be able to set up my mattress. Absolutely helped me out and is amazing. He will take time and help you any way he can, and help find what you need.

So this place seems a little intimidating at first when you have to call and make an appointment but it is well worth it! The store is nice and easy to find and our initial meeting with Jeff was very hospitable! He’s very flexible and quick with appointments. He was no pressure and gave us plenty of information and was kind even though we didn’t buy the first time around. That means a lot to not feel awkward when shopping. This made it easy when I was ready to purchase! Just as friendly and effortless to get a great mattress. We’ll be back!!

We were in need of a new mattress. Went to Mattress By Appointment. Jeff showed us several and encouraged us to try each one. He answered all our questions, We needed a low profile boxspring. Jeff moved several mattresses around to show us how the mattresses would look. Gave he a good work out. Lol

Jeff was great!!! I was in and out. It was on my time during my 1 hour lunch break. He made it so easy and was straight to the point which I love. I even had time to enjoy a call with my other half, which was exactly the time needed for both us to check in. My bed I picked was so perfect. I went in with the intent to spend less than I did but with good customer experience, cost does not matter when someone truly cares to give you a good product. Jeff was very thorough.
