Just talked to Michelle. OMG super helpful. Have me all the information I needed. Really took her time to help me navigate their new website.

They have some great programs and historical sites, but when I was charged $10 from them randomly (I hadn’t signed up for anything in months), the lady answering the phones was rude and complained that she is the only one working New Years. She told me to wait and call someone else which is annoying when you are trying to resolve an issue quickly. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I had a simple question about Nokesville Park and before I could even finish the rude lady who had answered the phone hung up. No "Hope that helps" or "Have a nice day" or anything. Terrible customer service. Courtesy doesn't cost anything and goes a long way in making this a better world. People like to complain how bad things are getting but the problem is all of us and our lack of kindness, just like the PWC employee I mentioned. This has been my second interaction with the County and they have terribly rude women working for them. Its a shame.

Pitch was bad
