Waterworks Waterpark

Great place to enjoy water activities! The pool has two fun water slides and an area with obstacles to cross it. The splash park is really good with two small slides, which are awesome for smaller kids. The common areas are clean, and they have the necessary things to enjoy during a sunny day.

After a couple trips here, I do recommend this place for a family outing for locals. Admission price is only $8 per person on the weekends and there is plenty of space to stretch out in the sun or shade. This water park does get busy, so expect some wait time during peak hours as they do not overcrowd the pool area.

Amazing gem in the middle of Woodbridge! The splash pad section is endlessly entertaining for the kids. The main pool is huge and not terribly crowded. There is a ton of seating, along with pavilions to rent. All the equipment is in fantastic condition, and the place is very clean. More food choices would be great, but we're really not there for the food.

Love this place. Took my 7 year old grandson. He was 'over the moon'!

My daughter loves this place and I can actually relax while she plays with friends. Very family friendly!!!!

Our go to place in summer. Reasonable prices and fun place for kids. It does get pretty crowded esp on weekends. We prefer going on week days. Can’t wait for summer!

A fantastically good value for family fun! My son (2.5 years old) loves it! Get there early if going on a weekend as it fills up fast.

I love it here! The prices are great and my 2.5 year old son has a great time. The lifeguards are attentive and the splashpark is always clean. The only downside is on weekends you should arrive very early or it is likely you wont get in. I wish we could buy advance tickets but then again I assume the price would increase.

Me and the 8-yo have been to a bunch of the NoVa Regional waterparks and Waterworks in Dale City isnt as elaborate as those or as fear-enducing but it is half the price.

It's basically a public pool with a two twisty two-story slides, a splash pad and ropes balancing course of over water.

We LOVE IT HERE. It's the perfect place for a newly confident swimmer and/or someone dipping their foot into waterslide fun.

Older kids, however, might be bored. And be forewarned, no food is allowed inside (but water bottles are). Shady spots are limited but during the week the crowds aren't overwhelming.

If you care to venture into the surrounding park there are some nice trails and lots of excellent geocaches to be found.

We went here on the 4th of July 23 early morning for a kids event. The event was free to small children and 1 adult. We enjoyed the splash pad with our young one and the hour and a half we spent there. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Would definitely like to go back there soon.

Really fun! Not overcrowded at the time we went (opening). Pool staff are really attentive and highly visible! Great experience!

Really nice city amenity for kids and families! We were visiting and I didn’t want to go to a big water park nor have to pay for a three year old who would be cranky within two hours. This was perfect. My three year old son had a ball.

I came here with my family, nice spot for kids. It was worth the 2-hour drive.

The splash park only deal before 1130 is great!

We had a great time here. Don't let your older kiddos who aren't 48" see the activities and big slides though lol - we had a very disappointed adventurous 4 yo.

The splash park is awesome though, the kids loved it. It's exciting enough that they were super engaged, but not so big or exciting that they needed us right next to them. All the seating has a great view of the play area and you can easily keep an eye on the kids no matter where they are.

The lifeguards were very attentive and polite. Snack bar food was good and priced really well. Overall a great day for the family without breaking the bank.

6 year old son loved it though he wasn't happy about the 10-20 minute breaks every 45 min or so. Nice place, offers shaded areas to sit. Nice staff.

We went as guests to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was clean, ira small compared with other water parks, which I liked because it make it easy to navigate with small children.

Decent water park with excellent prices so you can enjoy throughout the summer. $8 a person to get into the park. Slightly cheaper for kids. The have pizza and chicken tenders, along with drinks for decent price.

ALSO, the lifeguards are top notch!! This is the only place I have ever witnessed 5 saves in a single day. These lifeguards are on top of their game.

Its very kid friendly, I didn't like that they didn't have a slide for my 2 year old only because she was too short. But she still had fun in the pool area. The water was clean the workers were friendly. We had a great family day. Definitely recommend.

Great place to be, enough space and shade to sit and enjoy time with family. Life guards are always few feet away, and they are constantly watching. The only 2 things I didnt like are first them not allowing food or snacks to be brought inside. If you want to eat you have to order the over-priced limited choices from the in-house restanrant. The second thing is when it is crowded, and it really does get crowded you lose any intended pleasures. So if you see it too crowded turn around and go do something else.
