I was on a long trip when my transmission completely quit on me four hours from home. Crystal was able to get my vehicle in as quickly as possible for the diagnosis. Then she worked diligently to find a rental car for me in their town so I could get home. She communicated with me for the week and a half it took to repair my vehicle. I wish I could give her 10 stars for her efforts. I have lived in three states and dealt with six different horrible Ford service departments until I finally found someone competent. Someone at Ford needs to give her an award.

I came to Sheehy Warrenton to buy a new car with a lot of fear after my husband had a horrible experience with another local dealership a few years ago. I had the BEST experience. Rod was superb and we will recommend him specifically to all of our friends and family. Both Jim and Phil were also so helpful to Rod and I, and helped us get in and out with exactly what we wanted! The finance representative we worked with, Mack, was knowledgeable and patient while going through the options with our. I highly recommend this dealership.

Referred here from another dealer due to availability of anti-lock sensor. The Service department got me in the same day. Although I spent most of the day there, the mechanics there discovered what three other dealerships missed; I needed a complete new rear end due to something broke on the axle and the outer tube was damaged where the axle meets the outer tube. Long story short; these mechanics possibly saved the lives of my son and myself due to I had planned to tow a camper trailer cross country the next day! I can't thank them enough!

Great experience. Drove 5 hours to pick up a new f450 and my salesman Gary Stiles had everything ready to go when I got there. He answered any questions and concerns I had. I will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

I had to get a total engine replacement on my f150. The quote they gave was a very fair price for the job. Only downside was engines were on a 3-4 month back order. To my surprise a week later they gave me a call and told me they had an engine ready and to bring my truck in. Not sure if that had anything to do with the dealership or I just got lucky but either way I was extremely happy with the availability of parts. A week after I brought my truck in they had everything done and ready for pick up, truck is running great. Additionally, Margie who was my service rep was very enjoyable to work with. She was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful at every interaction! Hats off to the mechanics as well for their speedy work!

It was a journey waiting on my Ford Maverick but every bit of the vehicle and my experience with the salesman and management was great. From ordering 2 years ago til the day I bought it… made my experience worth the wait. They touched base with me all along the way and very helpful. The wait had nothing to do with the dealership but they made it a lot easier.

My experience at Sheehy was easy and enjoyable. I purchased a new vehicle from out of state and they had me complete most of the paperwork from home. The day I traded in my old truck and picked up my new F350, I signed a few remaining documents and was out the door in about 30 minutes. During the sale process the week before I went down for the transaction, Jorge was very helpful and answered any questions I had via phone call or text message. I would highly recommend Sheehy Ford of Warrington to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience.

For any and all service needs I will be going to Crystal and her team. Her professionalism and customer care sets the standard. I highly recommend her and the team to anyone with vehicle and service issues. Not only do they get the job done right but after they take the time to explain the issue and make sure that you are comfortable. Would give more stars if I could.

Gary is a pillar of customer service and needs to be recognized, it is very hard this day and age to find people of his caliber that go the extra mile.

I was hesitant on sheehy ford with having bad customer experience and service at the Springfield, VA dealer since the current representative is not good at customer care.

Rod is definitely the best car salesman I've had ever (and as a salesman myself...i can confirm this guy is solid!). Very cool, calm and collected and has great expertise. Not aggressive nor pushy at all. Very approachable and always has the best interest for the customer. When I upgrade to a GT, I will be going to him again.
I also want to thank Kim too for help processing my documents and helping me land an outstanding rate. Great team!!! Give them a bonus please! Best car experience ever! Thank you!

Chris is the service center took great, efficient care of us when we were in a bind driving on 66 en route to a wedding. We appreciate his speed and care to help us get on our way! I wish the dealerships near us outside of Alexandria were this understanding, professional, and attentive.

Check in was a breeze, wait was just a little more than an hour. Waiting area was comfortable with great coffee. They fixed my issue with my windshield wipers and did not charge me a cent. Great place, great service. Thank you.

Such a kind staff, I walked in, with no appointment, and they treated me like I had one, took care of my issue with my mudflap which was coming off. They secured it, and send me on my way. I will come back again, but, with an appointment next time.🌞

This was my first time at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton. I was welcomed immediately as I came in by the front desk worker, Crystal. She was very pleasant and extremely professional in helping me with my auto needs. She was knowledgeable and well versed in the services available and was able to answer every question I had with ease and confidence. I own 2 Fords and will now be coming to this location to service them exclusively due to the exemplary service I received from this her and the the other staff in the maintenance department.

First and foremost Scot my salesman was very attentive to my needs and concerns. The overall process was smooth with no problems other than him noticing that before I take the car he needed to check over everything. And the Finance Manager Kim was amazing I am waiting on the delivery of my vehicle to make sure everything is as he said!!!
