After having an entirely negative experience ordering a printer on-line through another retailer, it was a pleasure to find the exact printer I was looking for here--and at a lower price! The salesman approached me as soon as I entered the printer area and helped me to find just the one I needed.

I needed some major help getting information to a Company concerning the death of my husband …. I needed something faxed and a hard copy sent by Fed-Ex… and she was able to coach me through the process and was very kind and compassionate … And she got me signed up for Rewards as well… Just her patience and kindness are awesome to experience in today’s workplace…It was a great experience..I walked in feeling loaded down by what i needed to do, because of her, I felt the load become so much lighter .. She is a “Keeper”..

I went in after work for just a wireless mouse. I left with an amazing customer service experience. Anthony was so happy and polite. Brought me directly to what I was looking for, asked if I had any questions. Once I grabbed what I needed, he cashed me out quickly. It’s refreshing to go into a store and have an associate happy to see you, happy to help. He brought such a positive light to what seems like a quick dull task at the end of my day. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 20 years and associates like that, are hard to come by. The store is clean and organized. All around great experience, thank you Anthony!

I needed a new computer and a variety tech of services. As always, I checked around. Best Buy was a horror. Office Max and their tech rep Bianca were able to make a complicated and tedious process seamless and carefree. I can’t speak highly enough of the systems and operations at Office Max and the quality of service I got from Bianca.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. They were so kind and caring and answered all of my questions. They made sure that everything was perfect!

I'm always satisfied whenever I visit the OfficeMax Store in my hometown, Inverness Florida, even if I'm just dropping off a package for FedEx at the Print Center. No matter the transaction, the OfficeMax associate waiting on me always uses my last name when addressing me during checkout, or whatever. This may seem trivial to some patrons, but to me it says the person that's handling my transaction is paying attention to every detail concerning my order, and then tweeking it with a shot of professionalism by using your name when speaking to you about your customer experience!

Kudos, OfficeMax to your training or re-training programs for new
and existing store associates! And finally, no worries, I won't give up your secrets to other retailers and possibly competitors that should already be doing the same!

I haven't seen this common practice of OfficeMax anywhere, so I'm not holding my breath! Again, Kudos to you, OfficeMax!!

Used their FedEx shipping service, then found all that I needed for a project and with great help from the front of store staff, I saved money on my ink/toner purchase. I will be back for more savings.

We had a little hiccup in the printing process. They not only reprinted it but went ABOVE and beyond to ship the new copies to our office since we had already left town. Greatly appreciated!!!!

Do you want excellent customer service GO HERE....These young ladies have helped me out so much and more than once. Remember you never know what someone is going through in their life so always try to be nice. I am very grateful for the little things you have done to make my life easier... I normally don’t spend the time to write a review but I felt the need to this time. I want to give a big thanks to Judi and the print center. My partner and I two year anniversary is this week and I’ve never done anything really crafty but with the help from you guys, the patience and amazing customer services I was able to create exactly what I envisioned!
