I switched my service from boost mobile over to cricket. I chose the unlimited plan which comes with HBO max, can't beat the deal! I went into the local cricket store in Macclenny, FL and the gentleman's name who helped me is Ross. He did everything for me getting me switched over. Ross even called boost mobile, waited on hold, and got my phone unlocked. I didn't have to do anything. What great service!

The service was absolutely amazing. Customer service you can only get here. They are always looking to help people out with fantastic quality phones. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else. Best place in the world.

The woman working there did a great job, add that with the stress of several ppl waiting...i was a smidge helpful and she ended up giving me a discount on my purchase. Overall, absolutely wonderful experience.

I went into cricket to court over my phone from straight talk to cricket the ladies were amazing that helped me I was there for 3 hours the whole time chit-chatting and getting things done they made sure that it was taken care of before I left or if it wasn't done by 4:00 to come back up there but it was done before 4:00 they definitely do care about their customers I would recommend them to anyone.
