I've spent the last 5 years battling with Mr palmer. He maintained a great working relationship and he certainly went above and beyond to help me, to coach me in the correct direction. Family matters are hard, but remaining calm and often using him as an outlet to vent and essentially a counselor at times. His staff is very pleasant and also all engaged and involved. I as a father was able to obtain full custody under his law guidance. He did a great job representing me in an extremely touchy case. Two of his one star reviews are false and fake reviews from the opposing party.

I have worked with Mr. Palmer and his amazing staff off and on for about three years. I highly recommend Mr. Palmer to anyone needing help with custody battles, he is very helpful and always answers all my questions. Mr. Palmer is very knowledgeable when it comes to this matter and he wants what's best for the children, I don't feel like he is just taking my money from me and hoping for the best, he is the true definition of a partner when it comes to a battle like this and I couldn't imagine having anyone else standing by my side. I live about an hour and a half away from his office and even though we are in two different states it always feels as if I am right in front of him in his office, that is how up to date and informed he keeps me with our case. Spectacular customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. After I gave them my reatianer I had to continuausly call and email to get any kind of response. After almost 4 months of what I fealt like was being put off I decided to look elsewhere for help. Once I asked them to close out my trust
they tried to charge me almost $800 for receiving my emails and 1 phone call with Mr. palmer. I waisted months on getting custody with this firm. I would not recommend them. However when I disputed the amount charged they did send me some money back.

So most people don’t deal with attorney’s too often and may not have a reference point as to how the client should be treated.
This is not the case with me as my father was a Navy Seal, then a Police officer and ultimately did accident reconstruction and investigations.
I worked for him as an investor and currently work as a QC/QA manager for a large tech company.
When I showed up to office during normal business hours, the office was locked down like Fort Knox. Once inside, the secretary treated me so untrusting and so rude and with such attitude I was blown away.
She had not even briefed the attorney as to the case and they had to retreat to the back for a secret meeting.
Knowing what I know, her attitude would not be tolerated if the attorney himself was not condoning this behavior and setting the expectation and empowering her to treat people so terrible.
Take your hard earned money to someone who knows how to treat people as they would want to be treated.

Entirely Unscrupulous Shyster. Known throughout the court system in the area as a manipulative liar, be very wary in your dealings with Palmer.

Representing a Violent Abuser while claiming they are the victim is disgusting.
