I shop at this store frequently, very frequently. Love the clothes and love the staff. Erica, Linda, Maria, Dee, and the others are always attentive and helpful. They make me feel welcome, know my tastes, and customize their recommendations. When I ask for feedback on how things fit, their responses are spot on. I’m so glad JJill is here at the Forum. Love shopping the sale racks too.

I hate clothes shopping, but I needed an outfit for our family picture. I looked everywhere for 2 days, and nothing looked good. At the last minute my SIL told me about J.Jill, and said to ask the staff to help me. By then I had 30 minutes to find something to be able to get home, and leave with my family to get the picture done. They had me in and in that time with 3 great outfits. The pictures turned out wonderfully. I'm going back today for jeans.

Love shopping here. One of the few retail stores that still knows how to take care of their customers.

I absolutely love JJill. The sizes run slightly bigger. I like my clothes to fit comfy. I'm always pleased with my purchase. And now they have big girl sizes too!

I never shop there before. And to my surprise they had quite a bit in my size. The staff was helpful overall it was a pleasant experience.
