We have vacationed at this house for the last 3 summers. With 5 couples plus kids, each family has their own bedroom and bathroom. There is a large open family room with open kitchen and a large table in between. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located down a long narrow hallway as the house is one level. There are two ensuites, and 3 bedrooms with 2 more full bathrooms. There is a separate game room with the 5th bathroom. The backyard has a hot tub, grill and grass to play on. A laundry room has a washing machine and dryer to use. Right next door to the house is a small grocery store and across the street is a bakery. Two blocks away is the beach and 4 minutes down the road is Seaside. The house is quiet, however there are residents who live above and one can hear them walking around. For the place and the price, this is a wonderful place for large groups.
