Great condos for mid size groups. Each room is different but all are really nice. We'd definitely book here again!

Great relaxing condo. Perfect location, 5 minutes from anywhere in Seaside. A perfect ocean getaway. Warm and relaxing, an awesome spot for a couple’s retreat or family getaway. Sand & Sea will definitely be one of my go to spots when visiting the coast.

The manager (I assume, I didn't think to ask at the time!) was such a doll. We needed our smoke alarm replaced during our stay because the batteries died and it was beeping. She came out super fast and we even had a great conversation. The room we had was really outdated and the furniture was so old there was no cushion left. But the kitchen was updated and the size and location were amazing for the price. Despite the lackluster decor, which honestly I don't mind all that much, I would totally stay here again. The best part was the view of the ocean from the balcony. Only steps from the beach... Heaven.

Could not have been happier with this rental. Right on the promenade, views of the ocean with huge windows, and incredibly nice staff. The only thing i’d recommend is that each unit should come with a fan. We ended up buying one just to get airflow to the rear rooms.

Condo was really spacious, plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 5. Kids loved the pool and the close access to the beach. Great accessibility for my wheelchair user. We will be back!

Hands down, best place we've stayed at along the Oregon Coast! The condo (Room 118) was not only spacious, it was so cozy and inviting that we didn't want to leave when it came time to check out! The location couldn't be more perfect, it's right next to the beach AND downtown where all of the fun little shopping spots are! They have two different washing stations to wash off your sandy feet. The kitchen was fully furnished with all cooking utensils and dishes, there was even a dishwasher for a quick clean up! The unit had a washer AND dryer, which was incredibly convenient not having to do it once we got home. The fireplace was everyone's favorite feature 🔥 the balcony was used pretty much every chance we got, the room had floor to ceiling windows on one wall, it was gorgeous! Two bathrooms between two adults and two children made our lives much easier, no one had to wait! The pool is open from 10am-10pm and they also have a Dry Sauna on site for people 21+. They have an abundance of parking on AND off site, so no extra stress on if you'll have a spot or not. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Sand and Sea Condominiums for your next stay in Seaside Oregon! Can't wait to go back! ❤🌊⛱

Beautiful, clean with spectacular view!
Depending on which unit you’re getting, we were very impressed with all them. (6-8 visits so far) The last one we stayed in, was however, The Best one so far.
Spotless clean; beautiful floors; top of the line kitchen ( counter/backsplash/sink/faucet) appliances; kitchen packed with absolutely everything you need; beautiful living, dining, bedroom furniture ; great bathrooms, the best TV; very good mattresses;….. All these, -+ the view from the 5th floor!!!! we had a blast!

Best view of the ocean. Best location with free parking and steps from the main drag (no need to search for downtown parking). Best equipped, with everything you need. Best looking furnishings. Best cleaned place (it was spotless!). Best pre and post instructions and support.

Have stayed here many times since I was a little girl. The condos are individually owned so each one looks different. We have our favorites that we try to get when we book. Right on the boardwalk, amazing ocean views and even a pool and sauna for some extra fun!

Our condo needs an update, ( broken tiles, sliding door frame needs paint, kitchen light covers need replaced). But you can't beat the 6th floor Veiw, and the staff is amazing.

Amazing place! Spacious, comfortable, with a stunning view. Everything exactly as described. Right on the prom, steps from everything. Huge open-space living room plus kitchen. Mirror above the fireplace is a brilliant idea - you see the ocean even if you are not facing it.
Kids loved the bunk bed. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Unit was perfect. Great view of the ocean and location on the promenade made walking easy to all the downtown attractions. Walking along the prom we did not see another property that looked as attractive and well taken care of as the Sand and Sea. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and it wasn’t too much sun at all with the tinted windows. Would stay here again if we return to seaside.

Our unit (Coastal Range) was just perfect! Two full bedrooms and bathrooms assured there was plenty of room for our family. Full size kitchen with stainless appliances- if you don’t cook, it’ll make you want to! We didn’t make use of the washer and dryer, but they were available. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our unit, and all the shops & restaurants were walking distance (and I do mean actual walking distance - even our toddler could do it!) so we didn’t have to drive at all! The beds were firm, but there were SO MANY extra blankets available, we just used a couple to fluff them up to our comfort level. The unit was fully stocked - plenty of bedding, kitchen gadgets, a fan, DVD players, smart TVs - all the way down to nightlights and ziploc bags! I hope next time we visit the pool will be open - that really would have been the cherry on top of our stay. Office staff was very friendly, and unit was beautifully cleaned. I always get nervous renting pet friendly units, as I’m allergic - but there was no odors, and my allergies didn’t act up at all! Can’t wait to stay again.

I love this place! I personally love the 3rd floor oceanfront rooms, in my opinion they offer the best views of the beach! I can't wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at Sand & Sea. The condo was very clean & cozy, the beds were a little hard for my liking but everything was nice.

Everything was clean and the kitchen was well organized. The pictures in the vacasa website were accurate. Although it was a side unit, the view out of the floor to ceiling windows was great. The distances to the promenade and beach were short. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great views of beach and ocean from 2nd floor and higher west-facing units! Our stay on the 3rd floor had wonderful views. No A/C; but, not a problem with open windows even on the warmest of days and nights. Location is excellent with easy walking access to the center of town without being so close as to feel crowded.

Absolutely the best place. You are right on the beach. Fabulous views. Pool. Walk to all the shops & food. Eat at Maggie's. Family friendly. Romantic. Relax or take in all the activities in town.

Everything was perfect during our stay. I can’t ever recall staying someplace where it was actually as nice as the pictures of it, but blue haven was. We will definitely return in the future.
