Able to unlock my Tesla! No other locksmith could do it. Then changed the battery. Extremely reasonable and made calls in town. They had the parts on hand and know their stuff!

Mark helped me get my car keys out of the car and when he had technical issues was so kind and tried letting me have a free unlocking - I gave him all the cash I had but I am so grateful! I had a job interview to make and he was so kind and personable! Highly recommend for the customer service alone.

I was able to have a key made for my trailer. Had to take the lock to them and they made 2 keys and made sure the lock worked properly before I left. Only cost me $30 and was glad they were so close to me because I do not have a vehicle to drive. The bike ride was excellent and fantastic customer service.

We had a spare key made for our electric car. It was a new experience for both of us. They did a great job, and were willing to stand by their work if any unforeseen issues came up.

After I changed the battery in my car's key fob, it stopped working. I went in expecting it to cost me around $20, but after they opened it up and fixed it, all they charged me was a promise to have a good day. I did! A very cool company!!!

The locksmith came super quick(within 5 minutes) Very polite and courteous. Got us into our locked car in about 3 minutes. Was even able to make us an extra key. Was also able to get us the info for a locksmith in case we completely lost all of our keys. Would recommend him to anyone!

Locked my keys in the car while on a trip out of town. I called Columbia locksmith because they were the first to show up on google. They got there really fast and within 10 minutes of locking my keys in the car and calling, the gentleman had my car unlocked and keys back in my hand. He was professional and the price was affordable.

Mark is my new locksmith guy! First, he made room for me in his busy schedule because I needed him quickly. Then he worked through the crazy complexities of fitting new doors to old locks. And finally, and helped me to save time and money with some great advice to complete the job. Not only is he competent and experienced but he's also a fun guy to work with. What more can you ask for?

Called because I broke key off my front door. I was very concerned because the lock is 1909 vintage. The locksmith arrived walked up to lock and in less then 30 seconds he had what was left of the key. Not only efficient very nice guy. Thank you Columbia Locksmith!

Called these guys out...they showed up within 10 minutes, picked a really old and rusted out garage lock for us...cut new keyes and had very reasonable prices. Awesome service and friendly!
