Beautiful ocean and boardwalk view from dining and living area. Enjoy the fireplace while also enjoying the beach view… brilliant mirror placements. The bedrooms’ decor was simple, but appropriate and tasteful. Good beach vibe!!!

We loved the balcony and the view, having enough beds for all three of us, walking distance from shops and restaurants, nice kitchen so we could make our own breakfasts, the boardwalk and the beach, the seaside aquarium (the seals are hilarious!) and that it didn't rain! Most of all, Donna May!

I purchased this trip for my best friend for her christmas present. A long weekend getaway. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view from the deck. The employees were fantastic. Super close to the prom. Absolutely worth every penny. This isn't a high-end top notch condo. It is a well-loved comfortable clean, very spacious, wonderful place to stay. You're looking for high-tech brand new stuff. This isn't the place for you. If you're looking for comfort, relaxation and lots of space, this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to the ocean and the boardwalk, we didn’t have that great of weather, but it just didn’t matter. We even had a small group of deer hang out in front of the unit for most of an afternoon, that was really incredible. I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. While the home is showing some signs of wear and tear it was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is stellar and we very much hope to return when the weather doesn’t include sub freezing temps with freezing rain. Vacasa was very responsive to our questions.

We love the view of the beach, the mountains and seaside all three at once. Nice lovely quiet building. Wonderful access to walk the beach anytime day or night. Support staff for fabulous and friendly and accommodating.

Vacationing in Seaside is kind of a family tradition with us, we stayed in 404 this year and 408 almost exactly a year ago, both places where super comfortable and well equipped and give you a nice place to chill out after a day of adventuring. The view of the ocean and the beach is stunning and the balcony is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a nice glass of wine. I could not have been happier and would have no problem recommending this location to anyone, thanks a lot for a great stay!!

Great place for grandkids weekend! Perfectly cleaned and appointed! Ping pong table, games and TV streaming. Took a minute to get the large one figured out. Never did figure out the den TV. NICE having 2 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping options. Good time had by all. Sunset Beach less than a mile.

I stayed at Joey's Oceanview Getaway in Rockaway Beach. The amenities were above all my expectations and I wish I had more time to enjoy them. Very comfortable bed, lots of kitchen supplies, nice furnishings and even a bookcase of quality authors, games and puzzles. I had problems with the living room tv and was unable to get access with the troubleshooting hints and so called the number listed. There was someone there within an hour or so, and I had no further problems with access. There was quite a bit of foot traffic on the shared deck as two families with non-adjoining rooms were enjoying Spring Break together. No running is posted, but kids are kids. It is a family place, so knowing that I may try to get an end room next time. Or bring family! Most of my time was enjoying the seemingly endless white sand beach and Twin Rocks, and watching the surf with a cup of hot coffee on the morning.

Very good experience with Vacasa. The house we rented was very nice and we'll equipped. Everything worked great. Nice location and very easy to walk to town or the beach. We would highly recommended them for a place to stay. Much better than staying at a hotel.

We love this place! Sand and Sea is our favorable place to stay at in Seaside. Room 116 was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Will definitely return.
