Good people, I used to be an owner operator with Cargo Pros. There dispatchers are good at what they do. They carry a good balance of keeping the truck busy. But at the same time not overcommitting to work. Dispatch did a great job at committing to a schedule. (Witch my wife and I really appreciated) I like the culture at Cargo Pros. It was a good combination of easy going and personal. (How’s life, kind of stuff) and at the same time doing good work. (Treating people like you would like to be treated)

To sum it up. They work hard when at work, but there also the kind of guys you would go ice fishing with haha

Great company. The owners and dispatchers work very well together making this company successful, for company drivers and also owner operators. If I ever leave it’s because of my own business Endeavors.

Great dispatching but don't ever get sick where your laid up. One of the owners was a spinless , the other was generally great about what was going on. Yes he wanted his Qualcomm n plate but I had his fuel card in hospital. All they would've done is turn it off.

Their drivers drive, erratic, and tailgate. They could use some retraining based on what I’ve seen on the road.

Their truck was driving 80 on I -90 where is limit 60 on left restriction lane for trucks.

Driver doesn't know how to drive. Almost caused an accident
