When my husband and I come to the cabin it’s always a treat to come get coffee at Roots. The service is always friendly and helpful. Coffee is amazing. Love my latte every time. We enjoy the cozy atmosphere and small town feel!

First and foremost the coffee is the best. The bars and scones are homemade and delicious. The service is above and beyond. The atmosphere provides a great place inside and out to enjoy it all!

Cute little spot to stop in and relax! Several seating areas to hang out in. The space felt very welcoming. The scones looked delicious, but we didn’t try one this time. Roots is also in a great location, and is surrounded by several shops. The perfect first time to wander downtown!

I couldn’t love this place more. My husband and I go several times a week. From their locally roasted espresso and coffee beans to their in-house baked goods, this coffee shop is high quality. Nothing is done half-heartedly. You walk in and feel like you’ve been known by the owners your whole life. They consistently have lines to the back of the shop. If you haven’t gone, you must. Simply no questions about it.

Great coffee and scones. Reasonably priced. Cute decor and some comfy seats and couches. A wonderful small local business you should try out.

Had a chia tea latte and a energy bite and both were great! The inside was very cute and clean—a nice space to work or catch up with a friend, lots of seating options. I’d come back again and try other things as they had a lot of good looking choices! :)

Oh my gosh, Roots Coffee Company!! Their aesthetic, coffee, baked goods and décor are so on point! Enjoyed a great vanilla latte and strawberry cheesecake bar.

The BEST coffee around. Dont bother going anywhere else in Cumberland or Rice Lake. They make their own scones fresh, daily. They're always trying new flavors so you'll never get bored - so if there's one you particularly enjoy, stock up 🤣 LOVE this place. Just wish they were open later for that afternoon caffeine fix 🤎

Best spot for real coffee in town ❤ Locally roasted beans and skillfully crafted drinks. Homemade scones are amazing too!

You are missing out if you don't go to Roots. I'm not joking. An iced latte with oat milk and sugar free chocolate and vanilla is... literally the best.

This place is so amazing! Great atmosphere, the best Chai I’ve ever had, and the baked goods are so good! So glad we found this place! The whole family enjoyed being here, including my two little ones!

I drive by Roots multiple times a weekend and have never had a chance to stop, until today! Great service, clean and super comfy atmosphere! I asked for a spiced chai, he decided to add a little chili syrup to give me a little heat and let me just tell you. This is absolute best chai I’ve ever had, anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stop here! Take 10 minutes out of your day to support local businesses! I’ll definitely be back for this spiced chai!

This is our favorite coffee shop to go to! The owners are such great people, the environment is inviting & relaxing, and the drinks are perfection!

Feels like an actual coffee shop not some mass produced gimmick. Coffee is delicious. Best part is the choice of different types of milk. Definitely going back.
